Esstisch Nahala und Pouf Neom getrennt bestellt alles zeitnah und einwandfrei angekommen. Preis ist nicht günstig aber Qualität stimmt. Kann mich null beschweren
#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Il 14 ottobre acquisto un divano con tempi di consegna (e montaggio) entro il 16 dicembre. Oggi venerdi 13 dicembre chiamo e mi dicono che la consegna con montaggio non potrà avvenire prima della settimana del 7 gennaio. Per un ritardo totale di minimo 4 settimane! Ultima volta con Kave Home

Un desastre en general. Te dicen que llega el paquete y no llega, luego que no estas en casa, luego que ya te lo han entregado. Han pasado 10 días sigo sin paquete que segun ellos esta entregado y sin noticias de atención al cliente y es imposible contactar con ellos

je n ai pas pu acheter ce que je voulais: je voulais 3 lots de vases: pas de carton d origine pour l un des lots ….je voulais des diffeuseurs: il n y avait que des recharges et cela depuis plus d un mois .. ( je suis passée fin octobre il n y avait déjà que les recharges)..

I ordered the Odum bed from Kave Home through a third-party provider. The bed arrived without the bed legs, and unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations either. When I asked if Kave Home could send me the missing bed legs, they refused, placing all the blame on the third-party provider and completely ignoring my request. While I received an apology from the third-party provider, the response from Kave Home was unprofessional and unfriendly. In the end, I had to buy replacement bed legs myself and drill new holes into the bed to make them fit. The customer service is extremely unprofessional. I will not order from Kave Home again.
