#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.
Made a big purchase and got a tracking…
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Ho comprato un tavolo e l’ho ricevuto con le gambe montante storte, se lo avessi fatto montare dai trasportatori lo avrebbero riportato indietro. Ho inviato diverse mail per riportare l’accaduto ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Mi lascia molto perplessa questa totale assenza di post vendita visto che la merce non è poi così regalata. Mi auguro che qualcuno mi risponda a fronte di questa recensione visto che tramite mail fanno finta di nulla.

Pessima esperienza: sia in fase di spedizione, si affidano a dei trasportatori che non danno informazioni e non consentono un idoneo monitoraggio dell'ordine sia in fase di post vendita. Acquistato un tavolo arrivato difettoso. Li abbiamo contattati e ci hanno risposto che erano dispiaciuti e che ci avrebbero richiamato dal reparto che gestisce la post vendita. Non ci ha ancora contattato nessuno nonostante sia trascorsi + di 15 gg e il tavolo acquistato 800 euro circa è inutilizzabile non so se per scarsca qualità o perchè difettoso dato che è stato montato correttamente ma il ripiano traballa tutto. Pessima esperienza e non ci acquisterò più nulla.

Kave home blok sofa
We ordered a Blok sofa from the Kave Home website. I’m giving one star for now, only because the delivery went smoothly. However, during assembly, screws were missing to secure part of the sofa, and we are still waiting for them to be sent. Additionally, given the price of the sofa, the quality is truly disappointing. The seat is far too firm, you can feel the wooden frame pressing into your back when leaning against the armrest, and the fabric is of very poor quality—it clearly won’t last over time. Avoid this product if you’re looking for a quality piece of furniture.
