#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.

Made a big purchase and got a tracking…

Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Rug Delivery

Received my rug to Ireland (I think from Spain)?? It arrived safe and sound, and its excellent quality. Very happy with the product and the service. I also had the option of paying for the product in 4 instalments which coming close to Christmas was very convenient. Thank you Kave Home!

Problème de commande et service client fantôme

J'ai commandé pour la première fois chez Kave Home. J'ai reçu partiellement et tardivement ma commande. Malgré d'innombrables essais, il est parfaitement impossible de joindre le service client / d'avoir une réponse à mes demandes. 500€ de commande sont quelque part (espérons) dans la nature mais sans que je sache où ni quand je pourrais les recevoir. Cela me semble absolument inadmissible.

La entrega es desastrosa

La entrega es desastrosa, sigo esperando mi mesa de comedor que tenia que haber sido entregada hace dos semanas. En la tienda (Pamplona) es imposible comunicarse por teléfono. Es una lastima que arruinen su reputación con un servicio de entrega tan malo porque tienen cosas preciosas, hemos comprado dos juegos de dormitorio, mesa y sillas de comedor, taburetes altos y sofa para el salon. No volvería a comprar por la experiencia tan mala de entrega.

Terrible customer service and shipping

I have bought from this site in the past and I have been quite happy with it. About a month ago I placed an order that never arrived at my home and their courier does not allow me to track the shipment. I have written to customer care several times but I always receive an automatic reply that tells me "how to track your order". Useless because that is precisely the problem. In short, the question is: will I ever see the products ordered?

Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Zamiast zamówionego fotela przyszła szafka. Procedury wymiany trwają tygodniami. Odpowiedzi na maila po kilku dniach. Katastrofalna obsługa klienta.

Kave Home feels like a scam, collect money and disappear

Leaving this review as long as my complaint / case is not resolved. BE19606052 order placed on 23/11/2024 with the promise to deliver in 3 to 5 days. What went wrong? Everything, except the payement which they got. Shipped 26/11 but no reliable track and trace during shipment at Had to take 2 days off to wait for the delivery. Order finally PARTIALLY arrived with a delay but 5 of 6 chairs delivered. Complaint submitted on 07/12, no reaction by mail. Tried to call everyday, at least 2/3 times x 30 minutes no answer. Support needed 4-5 days to resolve the case, still no feedback. I would really think twice, and if only life-essential, before ordering at this company. A dispute / complaint is being prepared at Customer Protection Body at ECC.

INAFFIDABILI

Ho effettuato un ordine a metà novembre. Ho ricevuto mail dal trasportatore il 26 novembre, che diceva che il collo era in deposito a Rovellasca. MAI RICEVUTO NULLA. Sto continuando a chiamare e scrivere solleciti ma continuo a ricevere risposte automatiche in spagnolo. INAFFIDABILI.
