Esstisch Nahala und Pouf Neom getrennt bestellt alles zeitnah und einwandfrei angekommen. Preis ist nicht günstig aber Qualität stimmt. Kann mich null beschweren
#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

quise revisar el nif de facturación y no pude. De hecho desconozco que NIF de facturación tiene ustedes. Agradecería información y mejorar la gestión en la web. En este punto es un desastre.
Ottima esperienza in negozio, però tempi di spedizione troppo lunghi e, soprattutto, ho ricevuto due scatole enormi vuote per due oggetti piccoli e leggeri che avrebbero potuto essere messo insieme in una scatola molto, molto più piccola. Non è molto sostenibile.
Hicimos un pedido el día 01-12 que se iba a entregar entre el 12 y el 18 y aún estamos esperando recibirlo. Desde el día 04/12 se supone q el pedido está en la plataforma (según seguimiento del pedido). Creo q desde ese día han tenido tiempo mas q suficiente para preparar el pedido y enviarlo (son unas simples banquetas de cocina). Si llegamos a saber este servicio tan pésimo no hubiésemos hecho el pedido. Desde atención al cliente nos dijeron el 17 q el transportista nos llamaría al día siguiente. A día 21 seguimos sin noticias

I ordered a TV unit from Kave which took a long time to arrive. After assembly the doors didn’t fit properly. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue with customer support for over two months. Replies take weeks to arrive, they seem totally overwhelmed.

I ordered Dec 8th a pair of shelves and was supposed to receive them by Dec 13th. It is my 1st experience with this somewhat glamorous "design" Spanish brand. The question is : are they stupid, incompetent, dishonest, or all at once ? I will go out of my way to give this poor company the credit it deserves. The Fedex tracking link is saying since Dec 13th the shelves are delivered against signature. Guess what, they're not. Never heard of the delivery guy. When I connect i see it is signed by "clair". My name is Claire, I don't forget the e at the end of my name. And ever since, on the 16th, 17th, 20th Fedex indicates it is being delivered successfully. That is one problem. But the real trouble starts with getting in touch with the customer service. Phone number ? Nobody answering for hours. Email ? Automatic reply. Leave a claim through customer account ? Moron reply, not helping at all, no reaching out. I guess all investment made in marketing and influence left no room for the most basic thing you owe your customer : service.
