#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.

Made a big purchase and got a tracking…

Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Missing Delivery

We ordered a coffee table from Kave Home, we have received only one part of the table in the delivery and second part was missing. They are now saying they are trying to relocate and deliver the missing package as soon as possible, without giving any clear deadlines, offering no remedies and no apologies. I can easily say that their after sales service and support function is terrible for a brand that is positioning itself on the higher end.

Trop d'attente pour édition d'une…

Trop d'attente pour édition d'une facture en caisse qui au final est erronée. Plus de 5000 euros de dépensés et pas un seul geste commercial ... même pas la livraison...ou un livre. Juste un sac en tissu et une bougie. Bref à revoir. Sinon vendeur très bien et aidant pour choix et finalisation du panier.

Excellent customer service

On our second time purchasing from KAVE, we ordered a set of garden furniture. The purchase and delivery was smooth and hassle free. We were thrilled with the look and quality of the products. Unfortunately on arrival, one of the pieces had a flaw. I contacted KAVE and received an extremely prompt response and a number of options for correcting the issue. Their customer service so far has been excellent- fast, efficient and friendly and we will happily continue shopping with them in future once this is resolved

No estoy nada contenta con el servicio. Hice una compra en el mes de abril para una mudanza que tenía que hacer al extranjero y dos semanas antes de la entrega me retrasan el envío para el mes de agosto. Lo veo una informalidad, hice el pedido con muchísima antelación porque me aseguraron que estaría para estas fechas y ahora me veo sin el pedido y sin haber podido hacerlo en otra tienda por falta de tiempo. We tried to order 3 times in 4 months…

We tried to order 3 times in 4 months time and shipments either go mysteriously missing 10 days after it's shipped or the shipment is sent to the wrong branch. I'm beginning to think this isn't a real company, save yourself the trouble and order someplace else, Kave Home is pathetic.

TV stand Lucia with uneven doors

I ordered a TV stand Lucia from Kave, once it was delivered it came with uneven doors, so on one side there's a huge gap between the door and the rest of the furniture. I asked them to change the defective door, they replied they cannot do it and told me they can only return 20% of the order. Absolutely the worst furniture company I've ever used and I would never order from them again.

Error en el pedido, lentitud en dar solucion

Todo bien hasta que cometen un error y faltan los herrajes en el pedido. Lo reclamo y en vez de solucionar el problema inmediatamente enviando la parte del pedido que falta, hay que abrir incidencia, esperar a que se procese en 24/48 h más lo que tarde en prepararse y recibirse el envío. Sklum es bastante más barata y la atención al cliente y tiempos de respuesta son mucho mejores.

Kave Home est une enseigne à fuir !!! J'ai acheté un meuble chêne clair et blanc laqué et j'ai reçu un meuble couleur miel et blanc mat , malgré des photos du meuble monté il m'ont dit que ça correspond au Site web ,et cerise sur le gâteau j'ai appris que blanc laqué ça voulait dire blanc lisse et pas brillant... La quintessence du manque de respect . Si vous cherchez un meuble chère fabriqué en chine qui ne reflète pas l'annonce du Site avec un retour commercial qui vous prend pour et débile, Aller chez kave Home
