#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.

Made a big purchase and got a tracking…

Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Muy buena atención y servicio. El diseño de los espacios en su servicio de interiorismo es muy acertado. Preparan una opción con render de acuerdo a tus gustos y objetivos e incluso adaptan o modifican posteriormente según tu feedback. Los muebles son geniales.

Prodotti belli. Tutto il resto lascia a desiderare

Con mia moglie abbiamo comprato tre pezzi: 1) Panchetto da camera. Arrivata senza rivestimento. Dopo reclamo è arrivato in un paio di giorni 2) Divano e tavolino da esterno. Da consegnare in una seconda casa con appuntamento. Ci arriva una notifica che il prodotto è stato consegnato senza nostra presenza e senza appuntamento. Chiamo servizio clienti. Risponde in Spagnolo… Andiamo in negozio e ci dicono che si tratta di un problema informatico. Ci sarebbero venuti incontro per compensare il disservizio. Alla fine consegna ok. 3) Quadro per camera. Lo avevamo ordinato e ci chiamano che è disponibile. Bene. Lo ritiriamo e ci fanno un po’ di sconto per “compensare il disagio”? Boh. Stasera li sballo e mi accorgo che si tratta del pezzo che avevano in esposizione. Una bella presa per il naso. Mai più!

Excellent quality, poor logistics.

The products are excellent quality and stunning, just like advertised. The issue is that delivery takes ages and the updates of the deliveries are slow. Think nearly a month for a small lamp and some table mats. I ordered several products (TV unit, coffee table, lamp, table mats, napkins). Excellent products. Poor logistics. They delivered my lamp in the wrong colour as well. But it takes so long so run logistics with them that I just accepted it in the colour I didn't want.

(Update) Très beaux produits et site intuitifs

Très beaux produits et site intuitifs. Je viens de commander 2 chaises, j’espère que les délais seront respectés.. Trop hâte de les recevoir !!! (Je mettrais 5 étoiles après réceptions des produits) Update : vient de recevoir les chaises, elles sont magnifiques !! Le service de livraison était nickel et dans les temps. Je recommande vivement !

Muy mejorable - Tenemos que volver por un error vuestro?

Somos de fuera y fuimos expresamente a comprar. Nos gastamos más de 500€, de entre ello nos compramos un conjunto de cama para la cuna. Al llegar a casa, nos damos cuenta que la sabana bajera no correspondía a la talla y era más pequeña. Llamamos a la tienda y la única solución que nos dieron era que teníamos que volver para hacer el cambio. ¿En serio? No es nuestra culpa! Tendríais que haceros cargo vosotros y mandarnos un mensajero para hacer el cambio de producto. No volveremos. A ver si nos llegan correctamente los productos que hemos pedido.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I ordered for more than 2000 euros worth for a dining table, a bench and 4 chairs. The dining table was delivered with huge cracks on both sides of it, and everyday a few cracks start appearing on the table ( it’s been only a week since it was delivered). Same for the bench. I contacted the customer service immediately and I am still waiting for a reaction. It’s despicable: spending this much money and no after care. This is really shameful.
