There was going to be a delay in shipping but Neha helped speed up the process and it came on time.
Although I’m disappointed about the delay shipment. Thanks Marzin for his keen help to provide advice and help throughout the inquiries, and at least some compensation to my situation. I hope they can do better in communicating the order lead time and shorten the order processing time (2 weeks is just too long!).

I received the product at the end of July, but unfortunately, I only checked it recently, as I was planning to wear it for the religious festival of Paryushan. Upon inspection, I was very disappointed to find that the item was severely damaged. The fabric inside is torn, and there are visible stain marks on the dupatta. This was not the quality I expected when ordering from your store, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the product.

Suspicious company- have not given me a return label for more than a week and also charging $49 for returns.
The product was not delivered on time. Nor did anyone communicate regarding the delay or follow up with the courier company. Horrible!!

Information about the order- Order 3000008844 I had given the information on the last review . It’s been 15 days now that I am struggling to return it. Bunch of liars… BEWARE I had given a review about 10 days back and someone from KALKI apologised and responded on the review that they will get back to me. And they did. Someone sent a message on WhatsApp claiming that a full refund will be processed and they will be in touch. It’s been 10 days and there is nothing. We have been trying to contact them but are told someone will be in touch. No one calls. I am still with the dresses that I paid for which are not wearable. I was at first questioning the quality and customer service of this brand but This makes me question the ethics of this company and how they are ready to fool the customers by saying something else on a review site and then vanishing. How are these people being allowed to do business? Please please please, do not buy from them. They will rip you off and once you have paid, you have no value for them. So lucky if your item is of a decent quality. If you are not happy with it, they are going to give you runs for your money. To KALKI guys, this is shameful that being an Indian brand you are cheating your own country men. Shame on you. It’s companies like you who bring bad name to people of our country. There are honest people and then there is you. Shame on you!

UPDATE: Since speaking with Zeba, I have not gotten an update on my issue. I was sent the wrong size blouse of the saree. They said they are looking into it. Its been several days

Marzin from customer support really helped me out with one of my orders that was delayed by more than a week. I was worried and frustrated because my occasion was coming up but Marzin helped me patiently by replying to every single email very patiently. He was able to ship my order within a few days. All customer support members should be helpful like Marzin.
Very impressed and grateful to team Kalki especially Mr Abdur for humanising digital experiences in #ViksitBharat. We made a purchase and it turned out to be unnecessary and depite the hazards of digital transaction reversal (that most marketing brands use as an excuse to lure money and keep it) he not only helped communicate immediately but also redeemed us of the horror of having made a human error while shopping. For brands who use people learning to use tech to shop and left aghast with no refund no return policy, Kalki is an example. Thank you for being human. Thank you for keeping shopping fun.
Sizing runs small and I then find out there's a $49 fee to return a single item. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.
