Difficulty with online buying
Have used your company many times for travel insurance. I have usually done this over the phone. On this occasion went online and found it easy to get a quote but could not find how to buy the insurance online, the only option I had was to save quote. I ended up having to phone to finalise the buy and I found somewhat frustrating. (Not with the lady dealing with the service but that I couldn't finalise online..
