Terrible customer service and stacks of downtime in relation to other providers. They also took the liberty of doubling my monthly subscription without telling me...
These guys are so frustraing.. I used them for just over a year and I can not count the amount times my site and my client's sites have gone down... but in the last 2 months it has been at least 5 times (that I've noticed)... Don't be fooled by the "24 hour support" it's automated and unhelpful, and if you are a reseller account (the more expensive option) you are only entitled email support which has a response time of over 24 hrs I am in the process of moving all my sites a way from them. I cannot advise people enough NOT to use them.
