Poor service, don't seem to have any access to the watches they claim to sell, wish I had never encountered them. Many other customers have complained of similar issues, they are not trustworthy.
Had been looking for a particular watch for some time, spotted the watch with Jura Watches and received great service from Joshua Parfitt with regards to the purchase, would definitely recommend both Jura Watches and Joshua.
I contacted Jura, which is really CW Sellors, on 29th April 2025 to enquire about delivery of a watch and to ask for a discount. The salesman, who could as easily have been selling used cars as watches, told me the watch would be sent with Royal Mail. He expressly said that if I bought it, it wouldn't arrive the next day, but probably the day after. That was important because the watch was to be a birthday gift for the following week. He sent me a discounted price and I bought the watch. The following day I received an email telling me the watch would be with me by 28th May 2025. I contacted Jura and spoke to the same salesman by telephone who denied confirming delivery described above. I told him the order was cancelled immediately and said I wanted a refund. The salesman attempted to tell me I'd have to accept a credit note, until I asked him if he wished me to recite the Distance Selling Regulations. I suspected he was one of those awful commission type salesmen who would sell sand if they were paid enough. I confirmed the order cancellation by email and my demand for a refund. I received an email the same day informing me my refund of over £2000 would be with me within 7-10 working days. I waited patiently but the refund didn't arrive by the end of the tenth working day. I sent another email, which didn't receive a response. I then sent a letter before action necessary to sue for debt recovery at the County Court. I received a response figuratively hitting me over the head with CW Sellor's terms of business, which wouldn't withstand scrutiny in light of the Unfair Contract Terms Act in my view. I eventually got my refund today, almost a month after I asked for it. I do wonder if the delay was caused by Jura/ CW Sellors having to issue many refunds, which would not surprise me because in my experience it sells items it hasn't got in stock, gives false and misleading information and has a, at best, dubious sales ethos. Jura/ CW Sellors replied to this review with the usual platitudes and said they'd look in to the matter etc., but nothing will be done. Avoid both Jura and CW Sellors, better options exist, and by reference to reviews it seems people agree.

Had a fantastic purchasing experience with Jura. Rang up to check stock availability before placing an online order. Answered immediately and was offered an additional discount. Watch arrived next day. Fantastic!
Great price, great service. I had been looking at a particular Seiko watch for some time, trying to get the best price I could. I got an email from Jura promoting their Easter sale - and got the watch iI’d been looking for at the best price I’d seen . Very Happy!
Bought a seiko king turtle from Jura, have purchased a few watches now- very good service always, if it’s in its pretty much next day if not you are accurately informed of delivery, also they obviously do QC checks as I got a perfectly aligned seiko as all my others have been. I’ll use Jura regularly.thanks.

Excellent communication
Ordered a watch about 3 weeks ago now and was promptly told it was O.O.S and they would let me know when it comes from Garmin. Explained to them that I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew it was O.O.S I wouldn't have ordered it. Asked for to be cancelled then they offered me 3 options. That really wasn't offered I believe. I have contacted them today and they haven't even bothered to reply to my messages. The main thing that bothers me is I've spent quite a bit on to previous sales with them and feel a bit let down on this one. I definitely won't be buying again from them.
C W Sellors have been absolutely fantastic in sourcing my watch for me. When the watch finally became available I was on holiday and they kept the watch in house for me until I returned and delivered it the very next day. That is only the final part of the service - the whole experience has been simply wonderful and my thanks go out to them.
The company does not advertise order time waits, and take a while to respond via email. Upon chasing via telephone they advised they have a 6-8 week limit now not 1-3 and it was for a wedding present.. Advertise properly please. Very little in stock.... I requested a refund and was told it would take up to 14 days as they are a family business. Not sure what that has to do with anything, it does not take 14 days to process a refund. I work in accounts and we process same day or within 3.
Terrible company. Went with them for the blue light discount. Received no confirmation of purchase. After chasing countless times for an update they couldnt give a date for watches arrival. Said I needed it asap which wasn’t possible and reading other reviews of them taking weeks/months I decided to cancel. After a very snotty and reluctant phone call they said they had cancelled and had to wait 10-14 days for refund. Still trying to contact for an update but nothing. Had to buy the same watch from a different company which albeit for a larger fee because no discount it arrived with in 24 hours of purchase. Avoid

Poor communication, late dispatch and recieved an incomplete order. I called them within 10 minutes of delivery to resolve the issue and the lady on the 'phone asked me to send photos and that they would only be able to begin investigating on Monday. No apology, just asked me to send photographs so they can investigate. Because of the poor attitude I have lost confidence in them and raised a complaint via PayPal. =update 1: they have emailed me refusing to cover the cost of returning the goods supplied "not as described". Here is a copy of their response to my communications (feel the empathy): "Good Morning, Thank you for your time on the phone earlier. Thank you for sending this through. As I have said, I am happy to look into this for you and I am trying to assist. These photos will help me locate the missing pieces so I can show our team. As I have advised, our dispatch team is not in until Monday. This means that if we locate the pieces we cannot physically ship them until Monday at least. If you do not wish to keep the piece, you will need to return it to our address." Would you like to deal with them?
Ordered a £7K watch from Elliot who told me it would take a couple of weeks but I gave up after over 2 months had passed with no delivery. I had to constantly chase them as once they have your money, they are not interested in you. I eventually requested a refund but this was not processed so I had to do a chargeback. They then challenged the chargeback just to try to awkward! Appalling company - stay well clear.
I purchased a watch last week and it hasn’t arrived, in fact they haven’t contacted me. I have been calling their main office all week and no one answers the phone. Very poor experience.
Just wanted to add to the many reviews regarding the massive delays, missed deadlines and awful related communication. I ordered a watch that was supposed to be delivered within 2-4 weeks, then 6, then no ETA provided. I had to chase every time they missed a deadline and decided to cancel in the end because they couldn’t give me any reason, apart from delivery issues, or even a time when it would be resolved. In the end I ordered it from TH Baker and received it the next day. I wouldn’t have minded the delays if there was better communication and an end in sight
