An innovative approach to selling & buying homes… all online. (Unless I’m just old) The process of adding all necessary information was clear, concise and straightforward and saved a lot of time in visiting an actual company. You could clearly see from your online chart where you were in the process of selling & buying which took much of the guess work away and eased the nerves towards the end. Our solicitor Emily was also always available to contact by phone so it wasn’t completely online. I would highly recommend JS Law for the competitive price, ease of use, clarity and professionalism. Absolutely useless can't even connect you from switchboard to extension. House sale simple no chain yet I've paid council tax and mortgage for 4 months at £850pm avoid at all costs they have no idea what there doing kept sending update requests yet when you call them, and eventually get through it's all ongoing and all info received but yet still automated messages at 5am on a Sunday morning, not yet completed so I'm assuming Santa will arrive before the buyer. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE no matter what your estate agent advises

I and my family used JS law as our solicitor during our house purchase They were swift with their responses and all our questions and doubts were answered and delt with accordingly. Kelly from JS Law was absolutely essential during the process of our house move. We gave her quite a complicated purchase and she dealt with it immaculately and ensured we were protected from legal issues going forward. Our sale wasn't simple either, with a help to buy redemption, multiple management companies and other issues to deal with. She made the process a lot less stressful than it should have been. I'd recommend Kelly to anybody.

The moment we chose to use them for the sale of our home and the new purchase of another home....email, after email, after email. X5 in total and x2 letters to read their Starter Pack, sign and return and we didn't even have a buyer for our house. We had only been on the market about 2wks. It felt like they just wanted to secure our business. I felt harassed and logged a complaint. No reply to the complaint, instead i received another email requesting for me to read, the Starter Pack, sign and return. in the end I contacted the estate agent who had recommended them, and we were advised to ignore the emails, because "why are they contacting you and you haven't sold your property yet?"

Zoe McLeavy dealt with the sale of my property. She was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. She took all my calls and dealt with queries promptly. Thank you Zoe for your support.
