Laura Maycock was incredibly helpful when working with us throughout the process from multiple purchases falling through to the successful one. She was always happy to help with any issues or questions that came up. The only issue I had was when Laura was away on holiday and it was a bit difficult to reach her team, likely due to case load, but Laura was always easy to contact and a pleasure to work with.

After a stressful process with lots of questions from our side, as first time buyers, having finally completed the sale I would highly recommend the service from JS Law. Our conveyancer Aaron Lewer was approachable and professional, happy to answer the numerous queries I had. Excellent people and service

I was assigned the solicitor Alistair Powell, with this being my first house I was very much out of my depth however the process could not have been made smoother thanks to Alistair’s efforts. I did not need or want for anything during the process as it was all handled with complete satisfaction and completion was made sooner than I had anticipated. Would recommend and use again myself when the time comes

Saima rafique has been very helpful for the whole of the sale from when she took over as this was the first house we had sold so she helped us though the minefield of legal forms and kept us updated all the step of the way

Strongly recommend Ruby Allen - she was excellent in dealing with everything promptly, always keeping me updated with progress and was always contactable and quick to respond to correspondence. She really helped with a transaction that was in danger of being delayed, and helped get everything over the line on time at the last minute. Side note - my experience with JS Law improved significantly after I was switched to Ruby. If you are given Simi Payne, ask for someone else. She was difficult to get hold of, didn’t return calls, was slow responding to correspondence and when she did finally respond on more than one occasion she was actually rude and dismissive. I wouldn’t even give her 1*.
