We had one a house buying through JS Law & Aaron Lewer was our conveyancer for the process. We had a mid way change of conveyancer and that's when Aaron was appointed to handle our case to purchase our 1st property and it was such a lucky turn of event. As a first time buyer we had lots of questions to ask, understand legal process and new terminology used in property purchase and our conveyancer Aaron Lewer was always approachable, professional, prompt in execution, kind, patient and happy to answer the numerous queries we had. His followups with various parties like seller's solicitors, searches company on various matters has been incredible. He was particularly helpful in getting our queries raised wrt points that came out from the home buyer survey we got conducted and getting the necessary remedial steps from the seller's and their solicitors. He had given us regular updates and professional advice on our case through phone calls/ emails. Also finaly when everything got cleared for our purchase and our timeliness between exchange of contracts and completion were very close, Aaron was able to close our purchase really smoothly, managing great coordination with us, sellers solicitor, bank etc. I would highly recommend Aaron Lewer as a conveyancer for property sale/purchase. Five stars for Aaron Lewer.

I’m not very techie so at first I found the computerised system confusing but I soon got the hang of it and it’s quite straightforward. You can check online where you are in the sale process and all documents are online and you can download and save them which was very handy. I dealt with Khusbhu Bhikhabhai who is a lovely lady, she was very patient with me as I was constantly calling her to check things. She was also very thorough in checking everything was correct and dealt with properly so I felt very confident that she would get the sale through. I was so very happy and grateful to Kush for getting the sale finalised so I could move in before Christmas.
