I would highly recommend JS Law. Their online system (although initially a bit daunting) was easy to use and kept me up-to-date with what was going on at all times. Kelly was brilliant! She was friendly and very efficient, always foreseeing possible issues that could hold up the process to resolve them quickly. I will definitely be using JS Law in the future.

As a 1st time buyer, having the purchasing process clearly explained to me was exactly what I needed most. This is exactly the service I recieved from JS Law and Laura Maycock. I never felt out of the loop, or was left wondering what I needed to do next. I was always kept up to date with how the process was moving, and Laura was always prompt to respond with any queries I had. I would recommend to anyone making their first property purchase, and will be using again for my next!

I could not recommend JS Law any higher if I tried, Zoe McLeavy was a true hero! As a first time buyer the process I can imagine can be daunting however, Zoe went above and beyond to ensure the process went as smooth and easy as possible! Always providing updates or chasing others to get updates. We were always a step ahead and ready to progress.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Irfan during a particularly stressful conveyancing process, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the outset, Irfan made a challenging time much more manageable. He consistently kept me updated, ensuring I was informed at every step of the journey. What truly stood out was his dedication to addressing any questions I had, no matter how small. Irfan is proactive and resourceful; he found solutions when other parties in the chain were stalling, which helped keep everything on track. I would wholeheartedly recommend Irfan to friends and family. He is a true credit to JS Law, and his commitment to his clients is commendable.

Simply SHOCKING!!! I’d say from start to finish, but, 8 months on I’ve absolutely no idea if we’re even close to being finished. Zero communication, no accountability taken, no answers on phone or call backs, email communication is none existent and no been passed to the 4th conveyancer in 4 months. Avoid at all costs, or ask a toddler to do your conveyancing for you, they’d do a better and faster job.

Subpar service. Unmanned phones and complete inability to pick up the phone to resolve queries or chase things. I've given this place the best chance I can, but they only ever seem engaged when they can expunge more money from me. Avoid

Chelsea Murphy has been a great help throughout the whole house purchasing process. She has always been very quick to respond to any queries we had, constantly keeping us in the loop. In her absence, Amy Stupar was also very kind and helpful. I have nothing but great things to say about the team and the experience we had with Chelsea.

Quite frankly, Zoe McLeavy is the reason I am so impressed with JS Law and the service I received. Over the last 4 months Zoe has handled the sale of a property I owned in Suffolk. On behalf of JS Law Zoe has been professional, efficient, personable and always available when issues have arisen from the chain and the various parties involved. She is always upbeat and happy to help and dealt with every point at speed. Over a number of years I have done business with many solicitors but will be giving my future business exclusively to JS Law based on my initial sale through the practice. Sale and Purchase I can highly recommend Chloe Bromley after she has handled a sale and purchase for us. Its been a long process, having to resell our property halfway through, but at no point did I feel our case had been deprioritised while waiting for a new buyer. I am utterly disgusted with the total lack of service provided by JS Law. It's a total joke. As a first-time buyer, I expected the process to be challenging, but the lack of communication and support from JS Law has made it extremely stressful. Eight months into my flat purchase, and I am still waiting for completion. The lack of communication has been appalling; I am constantly having to chase for updates. No one ever calls me to explain anything; documents are just uploaded to the Eway portal. I have tried calling five times since yesterday, left a message, and still no response. This level of service is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I would not recommend JS Law to anyone looking for a smooth and supportive home-buying experience.

We are first time home buyers and normally you hear of solicitors being a bit tough to deal with. Ruby on the other hand is the complete opposite. Ruby made the whole process for us so smooth and easy. When we had a question or wanted some advice she was always accessible. She even replied to us when she was off ill! She’s a great asset to the company and I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends! Thank you Ruby for everything you’ve done for us.
