8 months of stress
I am utterly disgusted with the total lack of service provided by JS Law. It's a total joke. As a first-time buyer, I expected the process to be challenging, but the lack of communication and support from JS Law has made it extremely stressful. Eight months into my flat purchase, and I am still waiting for completion. The lack of communication has been appalling; I am constantly having to chase for updates. No one ever calls me to explain anything; documents are just uploaded to the Eway portal. I have tried calling five times since yesterday, left a message, and still no response. This level of service is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I would not recommend JS Law to anyone looking for a smooth and supportive home-buying experience.
