Jais faite une grosse commande le 6 juillet a ce jour je n’est reçu que un seul article et les reste de ma commande riiiien !! J’arrête pas d’appeler le service client qui est inexistant j’envoie des mail zéro réponse !!! Je c’est plus quoi faire vraiment !!! J’espère que je vais être rembrouser !! Je comprend pas leurs délire là !! C’est des voleurs !!!!! A fuir !!!! Et pour se qui sont dans le même cas avez vous reçu votre commande ? Remboursement ??

Havde fået et par gummisko i gave som desværre viste sig at være et nummer for små. Der står at man kan returnere i butik, så tænkte at det nemmeste ville være lige at smutte forbi JD i Fields og bytte til nummeret større. Her begynder dumhederne bare at rulle 🙄 Jeg kan godt “ombytte” til nummeret større men skal i virkeligheden returnere mit par og så købe nummeret større. Pengene går retur på det kort som er brugt til at købe dem og det er da bøvlet, når det er en gave jeg har modtaget. men okay.. det er en gave fra min søster så det går nok selvom det er dårlig stil. Når jeg køber det nye par lægger jeg så mærke til, at prisen er dyrer.. med næsten 100 kr. Det kan da ikke være rigtigt, når jeg kom for en ombytning til en større skostørrelse. Men jo.. manageren kan ikke lave samme pris med det argument, at hun ikke ved hvilken rabatkode min søster havde brugt til at købe skoene for i første omgang 🙄 Hold nu op hvor er der bare ringe service. Det endte selvfølgelig med at jeg returnerede det hele og køber da bare skoene et andet sted. Hold jer langt væk!
My order hasn't turned up and there's confusion about a pin, royal mail blame JD, JD blame royal mail. As usual. Between them both i feel robbed. Put it this way. The order amount that has been refused due to me not receiving a pin is worth enough to feed a family of 4 for a month. Shocking. *edit in response* I contacted and they said it is royal mail, I contacted royal mail they said it was JD, lack of communication, lack of professionalism.
I came into the Northampton shop 3 weeks ago to process a refund, they said it would take 3-5 days. I have still not received the refund. Then I went in a second time and still no refund got processed.
Ordered some spezials on the 30th June, said it will be delivered on the 5th July and it is now the 14th July. . Wanted the blue light discount and they only do that online. Regret trying to save that £6.50. I’m very surprised that a big company like JD have appalling delivery service. Customer service is non existent. They don’t answer the phone. The bot who will reply to this message will tell me to contact them. Tried, can’t get through. Not sure what to do.
Vandaag in filiaal Rotterdam centrum geweest. Wat een chagrijnig personeel, lang wachten, slecht geholpen door verschillende verkopers die duidelijk geen zin hadden om te werken. Personeel in de winkel liep enkel in zwarte kleding (om onherkenbaar te zijn??).... via een caissière moeten vragen wie bij hun hoorde. 2 meisjes die wel herkenbaar waren liepen de benen uit hun lijf vanwege de vele vragen, de heren waren dus niet te identificeren als personeel en bekeken dit van een afstand. Datum van ervaring: 28 juni
Bought Runners online to be delivered to JD store in Dundrum, got an email on June 30th saying they'd been dispatched and would be ready to collect in 48 hours. It's been 2 weeks since then and I've got no further communication since. I messaged their customer service forum online twice and received no response, I spent 20 minutes on hold to the customer service phone number today to no answer and I've even called in to the store last week, I was told in store they didn't have my order. So no runners, no one to contact, and will likely have to find a way to get refunded somehow.
I have ordered joggers online and it came with security tag. How unprofessional and careless. Now I have to pay £3 for return. It is an absolute joke. Or have to spend time going to the shop which is nowhere near where I live and I don't drive... absolutely waste of time and money. Won't use them again.
I purchased a pair of CLOUD WP BLK/BLK shoes for £160 from JD Sports (Brent Cross branch), expecting premium quality. Unfortunately, after only a short period of normal wear, the shoes began to deteriorate – something that shouldn’t happen with such an expensive item. I returned them for inspection, genuinely believing it was a manufacturing fault. But JD Sports responded saying it was just “wear and tear” and refused to offer any refund, credit, or replacement. For a £160 product, this is completely unacceptable. Their customer care did not take the issue seriously, and the whole process felt like they were just trying to avoid responsibility rather than supporting a loyal customer. Extremely disappointed – I won’t be shopping with JD Sports again, and I would not recommend them if you’re looking for reliable products or proper customer support.
Größenangaben im Vergleich zum Modell absolut unsinnig. Noch dazu zwei Hosen bestellt, eine erst nach 7 Tagen angekommen, die andere ist nach 7 Tagen erst in Deutschland angekommen, also wird die wahrscheinlich erst nach mindestens 11 Tagen da sein. Da kann ich auch direkt in einen Laden gehen, also kann nur abraten, gibt genug Alternativen! Bis die Hose da ist, ist die Retoure schon nicht mehr gültig...
Ordered something online. It arrived the next day – but with the wrong items. I needed it quickly, so I asked to cancel the order. Customer service confirmed it was cancelled. But the next day, I got a dispatch notification anyway. The product was delivered again – and it was still the wrong thing. The warehouse is clearly useless. I’ve now spent over 1 hour 30 minutes on hold trying to sort this out, and I still haven’t received a refund. This company makes a fortune from their in-store customers, but can’t even get a basic online order right. Avoid.
Hice un pedido en la propia tienda porque no había mi número en ese momento de zapato. Pagué los zapatos el día dos de julio. Hoy día catorce de julio nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo de la tienda de bahía Sur en Cádiz. Yo he intentado contactar en múltiples ocasiones por teléfono y da igual porque no lo cogen. Finalmente en el teléfono de la central y tras muchas preguntas de un ordenador logré hablar con una persona que me dijo que mi pedido había sido cancelado por ellos. Es decir te cobran el dinero y se quedan con él durante 12 días si no es porque yo pregunto conmigo no se pone nadie en contacto y unilateralmente cancelan el pedido y eso es lo que hay. Para que me devuelvan el dinero tengo que ir expresamente a la tienda a varios kilómetros de mi domicilio. UNOS ESTAFADORES
Ik had at schrik om hier te bestellen na het lezen van de reviews. Maar kan er niks slechts van zeggen. De schoenen waren hier de helft van de prijs en de levering was vlot en correct!

Achat effectué il y a 3 semaines , toujours en attente de livraison (:3 à 5 jours annoncé sur le site ) Et cette nuit msg d'annulation de la commande sans raison. Pour 4 articles de payé Perte de temps pendant les soldes et raté des achats Je déconseille jd sport. Plus jamais
