I’ve been sent totally wrong item I can’t return the mistake is laughable can’t get through to anyone store can’t help either as instead of a £105 pair of trainers ive got a item valued about £10 and store can’t help as ordered online
Ordered trainers and paid for next day delivery, they still haven't been shipped after nearly 2 weeks, with the Evri tracking link just showing that they are still expecting the item from JD Sports. Filled out their customer service contact form twice over the past few weeks and heard nothing back, had to call up just now and wait on hold for 45mins to speak with someone to get the order cancelled.
Wrong price advertising and not offered as priced
Please avoid this place Swindon store canal walk , as it has a very bad customer care and the manager accused customers being robber . Had a bad experience, the product I chose to buy was refused to be sold to me as the managers and her employees wrongly priced tagged from 20£ to 15£ , so they started accusing me of interchanging the tags to get 5£ off . Seriously I have been a loyal customer and these people humiliated me at the store of theft. Manager with the Hijab , be humble you were rude. I will escalate this further. Disturbing my mental peace of mind.

Don’t bother. Ordered on the 5th July. Still haven’t had delivery despite paying £5.99 for next day delivery. Phoned on the 10th - trainers lost in transit and will send another pair. Phoned today 18th- second pair lost in transit. Won’t sent another pair just have to wait now 10 days for a refund. Don’t bother ordering from here!!!!

Je ne repasserai pas plus jamais commande sur votre site. Les achats se feront uniquement en magasin. J'ai eu la mauvaise expérience de commander en magasin un article avec une taille que jd n'avaient pas. La commande a été validée je l'ai payé et suite à ça aucun mail de confirmation, le suivi indiquait paiement accepté et plusieurs jours après toujours pareil. Je me suis rendu 2 fois à la boutique les vendeurs étaient incapable de me donner une réponse concernant l'avancement de cette commande et qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire, je devais patienter. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois le service client et toujours pareil, vous avez dépassé la fil d'attente etc... Vous ne répondez pas non plus au réclamation que j'ai envoyé par mail.. Heureusement que j'ai insisté d'appeler votre numéro, j'ai bien compris qu'il fallait passer rapidement le serveur vocal qui parle énormément en appuyant rapidement sur les touches concernées. J'ai enfin réussi à avoir une personne au bout du 50ème appel. Tout ça pour me dire que ma commande a été annulé car l'article commandé est était en rupture de scotck mais malgré ça j'ai pu la commander. Si je n'avais pas réussi à à avoir quelqu'un au téléphone je n'aurai jamais su qu'il fallait que je retourne au magasin pour me faire rembourser. C'est vraiment une mauvaise expérience avec vous. J'espère que mon remboursement se passera sans aucune difficulté.
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I received the wrong size item despite ordering correctly, and was forced to make an unnecessary trip back to return it. JD only provided a free return label, but offered no help in reordering the correct size at the same price. The 25% discount code I originally used is now expired, and they made no effort to honour it despite the mistake being theirs. This has been inconvenient and frustrating, and the response from customer service felt dismissive rather than helpful. I expected better from a company like JD.
Wat een waardeloos bedrijf met een al even bedroevende klantenservice. Op 18 juni bestelde ik een paar schoenen van €90. Vijf dagen later, op 23 juni, ontving ik een totaal ander paar ter waarde van slechts €30. Uiteraard heb ik direct contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Tot mijn verbazing moest ik de foutieve zending op eigen kosten terugsturen – terwijl zíj de fout hadden gemaakt. Absurd, maar goed, ik heb het toch gedaan (à €10). Daarna bleef het drie weken volledig stil. Geen update, geen terugbetaling, geen correcte levering. Op mijn herhaalde mails kreeg ik enkel standaardantwoorden terug die overduidelijk automatisch gegenereerd zijn – totaal naast de kwestie en nergens behulpzaam. Inmiddels ben ik ruim een maand verder, zonder schoenen én zonder geld, en wacht ik nog steeds op enige vorm van oplossing. Volgens het laatste mailtje zou ik worden gebeld, maar ook dat kan wéér tot tien dagen duren. Ongelofelijk hoe slecht je hier behandeld wordt. Voor mij is dit echt de laatste keer dat ik bij JD bestel. Wat een schande. De reactie van hen hieronder zegt al genoeg; automatisch gegenereerd en totaal niet helpend
I will never order from JD Sports again. Ordered a pair of Nike Shox TL Ladies for my daughter’s birthday. First order was lost with courier and the second attempt looked like it had been kicked around by a football team - box was battered, paper wripped, wrong trainer size on box, trainer scuffed and glue around the trainer looks like it’s a china import. Called 11 stores to get them changed and none in stock, couldn’t even get through to customer services to make a complaint as there were too many in the queue NEVER AGAIN! Cheers for making what should have been a simply online buying process a nightmare!!
Placed an order 5 days ago - they happily took the money but ever since the order is stuck at "accepted" - no one answering their hotline, you just sit in their queue endlessly. No one responding to Emails either. Absolutely shocking service, deeply regret ordering from them, never again! "Undisputed King of Trainers" ? Absolutely not!

Enttäuscht…. Der Kundenservice ist grauenhaft. Ich möchte Schuhe reklamieren, Nähte sind aufgeplatzt, dadurch stimmt die Statik der Schuhe nicht mehr, sind locker. Vier, 5… habe ich geschrieben wie gewünscht und es auf der Internetseite geschrieben steht über das Reklamationsportal (jdsports.co.uk customer-service/contact/ keine Reaktion 😤 wie kann man heut zutage so mit seinen Kunden umgehen??? nie nie wieder 👎🏻lieber Amazon da bekommt man wenigstens antworten und Lösungsvorschläge.
