Always a good experience with JD.. My parcels come SO quick! even when its on standard delivery it comes the next day! Well packaged and always good products and prices.

Ordered a north face jacket, JD used yodel for this delivery and of course I never received the package. Complained to JD who advised yodel have sent them a photo of delivery. The photo is not anywhere near my building. It’s been 2 months now no response. Says it all really doesn’t it

I was defrauded of £886.99 at one of JD Sports’ London stores. An unauthorized payment was made, and I immediately contacted their customer service to cancel the transaction. They referred me to their fraud department, but despite repeated emails and follow-ups, I’ve been completely ignored. No resolution, no refund — just silence. Be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from JD Sports to think twice and instead shop with more reputable companies such as Footasylum or Nike. On 01-09-2024, I placed an order with JD Sports that included a North Face puffer jacket priced at £283.50 — a special gift for my daughter she had wanted for a long time. When the jacket arrived, my daughter was ecstatic. Unfortunately, what should have been a joyous moment quickly turned into a nightmare. Upon trying the jacket, we discovered the zipper was literally falling apart — hanging off in a way that posed a serious safety hazard. This is especially unacceptable given that it was a child’s coat. The defective zipper presented a choking risk, causing my daughter significant distress and tears. I was horrified and deeply shaken, as I have younger children as well and this could have ended tragically. Out of genuine concern for their safety, I immediately disposed of the jacket. Following this, I attempted to resolve the issue directly with JD Sports through multiple phone calls. The experience was nothing short of appalling: calls were abruptly disconnected, my concerns ignored, and no assistance was offered. I even warned that if no resolution was provided, I would share my experience publicly. Unfortunately, JD Sports showed no regard for customer safety or their reputation. I also reached out to North Face, who responded with genuine empathy and advised that JD Sports should take responsibility. While North Face could not assist since the purchase wasn’t made through them, they were clearly shocked by the situation and supported my decision to dispose of the unsafe product. Despite the time that has passed, this issue continues to weigh on me, and I refuse to let it go unresolved. This review is the first step in holding JD Sports accountable. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate this matter publicly across all platforms and seek legal advice. JD Sports’ blatant disregard for customer safety and refusal to provide support is utterly unacceptable. I implore others to avoid this company and shop elsewhere.

Excellent customer service however there’s bar bell pads missing and you would expect a popular gym to be equipped

Je suis très insatisfaite voilà des jours que j’attends ma commande ! Celle-ci était bloqué depuis une semaine en attente de transporteur, j’envoie un mail de réclamation et on m’informe que mon colis sera livré le lendemain avant 18h je reste toute la journée à la maison et rien n’est livré ! Je recontacte le service par mail et il me réponde bonne nouvelle votre colis est en cours de transite ! Mais c’est quoi cette réponse ! J’attends toujours et encore mon colis !

Ik ben al 2 maand bezig met mijn retour die kwijt is!! En krijg elk keer mijn bedrag niet terug!! Elk keer zeggen ze dat het terug is gestord maar helaas weer niks ze sturen mij elk keer heen en weer voor contact nog steeds niks bereikt mensen niks bestellen en retouren mijn bedrag van 65 euro is helaas weg schandalig!!

Terrible will never order again Selling stock they do not have took them 3 days to tell me! Now I have to wait upto 5 days for a refund! 😡

Die Bestellung ist seit 7 Tagen verspätet und in der DHL Sendungsverfolgung steht, dass die Bestellung elektronisch angekündigt sei. Nach mehreren sehe zeitaufwändigen Telefonaten mit dem Suppurt habe ich Rückmeldung bekommen, das die Sendung anscheinend verloren gegangen ist, obwohl diese noch nicht einmal von DHL übernommen wurde. Jetzt sei die Ware nicht mehr verfügbar. Bisher habe ich noch kein Geld zurückerhalten!

Det tog mere end en uge før ordren bliver behandlet, på trods af at pengene hæves lang tid før. Så bliver halvdelen af ordren annulleret fordi der ikke er styr på deres lager og endeligt bliver pakken sendt til et forkert afhentningssted +15 km fra leveringsadressen som er min hjemmeadresse.

Ordered a pair of trainers, haven’t been delivered no updates, phoned jd sports on two occasions waited 40 mins and 35 mins no answer , in response to jd I already sent an email this morning no reply to it as of yet
