Beware! Unauthorised Charges!
UPDATE: Still no email response from Japan Crate despite their reply to this review. We even sent them our contact details in response to their request for information. It is very difficult to accept your reply. If it is a six-month auto-renew subscription, why weren't we charged in July? Answer: because we cancelled our subscription before July! I believe that a technical error has occurred. We just want a refund and we will be happy. We can not afford your services and just want our money back to feed our family. Please listen to us Japan Crate and look after your customers!!! Be careful with this company!!! My wife bought a six month subscription for my daughter's birthday in January 2020. Then we cancelled the subscription as we only wanted six months (we didn't get all our boxes but we understand they have shipping problems). Now we've just been charged for another six month subscription that we didn't even order! We spoke to PayPal and they said that they can't do anything. We've emailed Japan Crate but haven't had a response. So now we're out of pocket for items we don't even want. So disappointed!!
