Complete disarray this company at this time
Real class act this company, decided to delete negative comments for pointing out that a crate ordered a month ago has tracking and yet doesn't appear to have been handed over to carriers. It is entirely reasonable to assume it may be lost. Moreover this isn't the first time or even the third time crates have been stuck in chaos for over a month. While the pandemic bears some blame, it appears to be an attempt at nickel-and-diming to change carriers four or five times this year alone while its sister company Sugoi Mart is coming through with DHL at the same speed as all other box companies I have dealt with. The haplessness they are showing is just unacceptable
