Despite getting 6 repeats in a row of gacha gacha crate, they really have done their best to resolve the issues at hand and have refunded at least 3 of them. Hopefully when getting a new supplier the same issue won’t happen again. I still really love getting subscription boxes from Japan crate as I just love Japanese pop culture.

I’ve ordered over 4-5 crates years ago and just coming back with seeing how different the website and transactions are and how tracking management improved well makes me so happy. Great coupon codes, but without them a bit too expensive. Import taxes will come on top of the parcel because of not using the IOSS-System.
Every crate i have ordered has been good. Items in crates are different everytime and i love it. That way i we get to taste different kind of treats. Items are also good size and I love the themed boxes i have gotten (ie. Halloween box)

I had forgotten to defer my renewal for this period as I was a bit poor after Christmas, so I was charged the 6 month renewal. But after explaining the situation Clari from the Japan Crate team refunded this renewal and delayed it until July. I really appreciate their understanding and am very excited to renew again and all things well I may even reactivate it early as I have enjoyed experiencing the new set of flavors each month over the past few years.
Really enjoyed but after a few months a lot of products are repeated. Good value, just needs more variety.
Good crate and snacks, nice to not have it be so focus on seafood snacks.
I just love all the goodies picked out every month. And anytime it may be running late the team is real good about giving a heads-up. In the event it's ever been late and I haven't heard anything beforehand, they respond quickly when reached out to.

My expectation was that my crate would include more serious Japanese stationery products. There is too many products focused on Japanese toys and Sanrio.
