Japan Crate is always awesome. I've received a few boxes and its always got interesting and fun things inside. It's impossible to not have fun ordering these boxes.

Took my money 20 days ago but cannot fulfill order, nothing but excuses and delays from customer service (they are polite and responsive though). Refused to refund me. Not impressed, will have to approach credit card company to claw back the money.

Every crate I have gotten from this company has been wonderful. Lots of familiar items sometimes, but also plenty of new and unique ones I never would have been able to/thought to try before. Always a pleasure ordering new crates

Japan Crate has always been a wonderful service. The boxes always have a variety of snacks and are incredibly customized. I love the fact that there is a monthly theme making them unique each month. Their customer support is wonderful and their price point is very affordable when it comes to import goods such as japanese treats.

The options are wonderful. I’d hoped to be able to utilize two discount codes on my purchase but am limited to one.

Good Subscription Box. I bought this subscription a few years ago and there were shipping issues (1-2 months delay) so was hesitant to subscribe again. I subscribed again when I was offered a 50% off discount. Shipping was fast this time and the crate was very good.

I love the KitKat in every box! It’s so much fun getting to see the new treats each month and getting to share them. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get here but it’s international shipping so it’s expected.
