Great experience fast shipping easy to install
From our first call to Ingram's until installation the experience was informative and easy. Matt did an excellent job explaining everything and the instructions were clear. Even delivery by Averitt was painless.
I like buying from Ingrams. The equipment I wanted was on sale and in stock. I was surprised they charge for shipping where in the past shipping was free. I’m not happy about ABF being the shipping company. I live in Rural California and ABF has said each time they don’t have a full truck so deliveries are delayed. Sometimes a week or more. Very sad
Answered all of my questions before ordering. Order process was efficient. Representative was professional, pleasant and patient. Order shipped the next day, arrived a few days later. Order was accurate. Installed with no issues. No complaints. Excellent start to finish.

The people I talked with were able to answer all my questions. When one person did not know the answer, I was transferred to someone that did. Very knowledgeable. I purchased a scratch & dent. I received multiple photos of the universal condenser before purchase. Excellent communication all the way to the door. I can not wait to get installed and evaluate.

Ingrams was great to work with. I bought a Mr. Cool mini-split and the condenser was delivered by UPS upside down and damaged. Ingrams promptly handled the problem and sent a replacement and picked up the damaged condenser. I installed the mini-split and could not get the heat to work. I received help from Mr. Cool's technical support (it was not always quick to respond) but did respond to emails better than phone calls. We finally determined that the 2nd condenser was defective. Mr. Cool sent a replacement and I installed it and it works extremely well. I am happy with how Ingrams handled my purchase. Mr. Cool (not Ingrams) could use a few more technicians to respond to requests for help. I would purchase from Ingrams again and would recommend them to anyone.

The rep, Matthew McKinney, that answered my call was knowledgeable and able to assess the space that needed to be heated and cooled and the insulation that was going to be placed in the walls and ceilings. Also, he was able to add to the order the accessories that needed to be used. There is one area that was disappointing and that was with the shipping. Averitt Express was able to handle the shipment to Norfolk expeditiously, but I was inconvenient for two days because of the 3rd party company that brought the products to my residence.
The customer service was great, very professional and courteus something that you don't get it from other places. Something that people are loosing (CARE for others) these guys got it.
THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER AND THEY LIKE SALES BUT NOT RETURN AND ALSO THEY NEVER SHOW ME THE POLICE OF THE COMPANY WHEN I DID MAKE THE ORDER. ALSO, WHEN I MADE THE ORDER THEY NEVER ASKED ME FOR THE LONG LINE SIZE THAT I NEEDED. THEY ONLY SELES 25 FT LINE SIZE. I FOUND A LINE SIZE IN LOWE 35 FT BUT THEY SAY IT IS NOT TO RETURNED.

I shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee to return a product. I shouldn't have to pay to ship the product back. I see where your money is made. I will probably never order any product from you again.
Got it delivered swiftly, and installed successfully along external in-take air PVC pipe by my HVAC man, fired up well as expected, and runs significantly quieter - just a few hours! It keeps the house warm at this time of year, which is what we really want.

The phone ordering experience was a pleasure. The product delivery was fast and the condition of the two scratch & dent AC units was just fine. One of the units was repackaged without the remote, but you can use the front controls or the phone app. These are WIFI units so the phone will be my method. Very happy with iwae.com
