Had a unit delivered damaged. Ingrams had another one on its way within 48 hours. They are great. Ive enjoyed my service so much I referred 3 people to them already.

You need to explain to your costumers how long the wait is going to be a year and a half is too long. Your people are great and very helpful that is the only thing that helped keep me calm.
