We were between a rock and a hard place with our furnace. Knowing it was just the coils and thr control board, we were about to have to spend $1000 to get it fixed. We have electronics degrees and this was a simple fix. When we called Ingram's, on a Saturday, they got the part to us by Wednesday. No more problems and at 1/10th the cost to pay a technician. Recent cold snap pushed the system to it's limits and demonstrated the need for the heater strip. I ordered it on a Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. It was up and running the same day. Don't try to order online after business hours. Total waste of time. I left a voicemail and did not get a call back. I called the next day and got immediate support. Unit arrived in perfect condition with great instructions. Could not have been easier to install. Thanks to everyone at Ingrams! Buy the heat strip and install it when you buy the main unit (even if you don't think you will need it). Cheap insurance it will minimize the need for additional trips to a cold, cramped attic!

I had to return a unit due to damage that occurred from the shipper. I called customer service and they took care of everything! I live in California, but I chose Ingrams in Kentucky to buy from because they had the best customer service reviews. I’m glad I did.
Our 2017 DIY mini split developed a major refrigerant leak. I calculated the cost for potential repair and refrigerant replacement and it made sense to purchase a new system. Ingrams was very helpful in working with me to get a great price. I was able to get a scratch and dent compressor and new air handler at a discount price. It was shipped and I received and installed within a week. All is warm now.

18k mini split Easy Pro. 2nd Ingram purchase and coulld not be more pleased with the level of service and exceptional products we received. Yes, one could purchase elsewhere but Ingrams goes the extra mile to ensure you have everything to complete a successful install. From customer service to installation videos to exceptional products, they have it all. 1st installed a 24k unit which went flawless and this current one went even better. Will purchase another, without hesitation, should the need arise.
Needed a 35’ line set for a Mr. Cool 18k unit, but the DIY systems only offer 25’ standard, and requiring purchase of additional lengths. Mr Cool customer service recommended contacting Ingrams for custom packaging. Purchased 35’ line set, new inside console and grade B scratch n dent outside unit for less than the new unit with standard 25’ line set, and not having to purchase additional 35’ line. Shipping was fast and all parts including Grade B outside unit arrived in perfect functional and cosmetic condition. Unit is now installed and works great. Highly recommend Ingrams and thanks to Mr.Cool customer service for pointing me in their direction.
A grade A air handler ordered was delivered but it was delivered damaged and the damage caused could not have been done by the trucking company that they had deliver it. There was zero damage to any of the packaging materials including the inner plastic and cardboard but the unit has a lot of damage so therefore it had to be packaged prior to packaging and shipping. They immediately tried to get the trucking company to pay for the damage that they clearly didn’t do. When that failed they went silent so effectively refusing to replace the damaged air handler. I also had to replace at my expense a 3 ton condenser that had issues from day one. They refused to replace it also. So if you want customer service after purchasing anything purchased from INGRAMS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! Ps Just so you know this was the third system purchased from Ingrams. If they won’t do the right thing for me what do you think they will do for the people who only purchase 1 system.
