I have always had a very good response from Ingram’s when ordering parts or units.

Very easy to pick my furnace and get it to my home fast. All the team members I talked to were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC.

My experience with IWAE was just great! Tammy assisted me with the most efficient and cost saving Mr. Cool systems. She is thorough, professional and so pleasant. She guided me through the entire process. If you are thinking about a Mr. Cool system, ask for Tammy.

Seriously over priced item that I had to buy to get a system running. I paid $77 for what should have been a $35 item, tops! I felt like I was gouged, BAD!!!!

Ingrams did great, excellent customer service. The T-Force shipping company on the other hand was horrible. They set a "customer confirmed delivery appointment" without ever contacting me. The date/time was very inconvenient but I took off of work to receive the shipment as it was important. Low and behold they did not show up and blamed it on low staffing. The only way for me to guarantee a time of receipt without taking another full day off of work was to go pick it up will call. The Portland T Force agent Deb was rude and unprofessional. If you're going to set a fictitious appointment, you should probably choose one you can follow through with unapologetically and not blame it on low staffing. Start paying better wages and maybe you won't be low on staff.

I have an older model Split Unit that needed a replacement part. Elizabeth at Ingrams Water & Air went over and above to get me the parts I needed. Great work!!

I did a lot of homework before deciding to purchase from Ingrams. I chose them because their customer support reviews were very good. I’m glad I did. The head unit was damaged in shipping and I emailed them pictures. Within a day they contacted me and had the ball rolling for a new unit to be sent out. It’s very reassuring when something like this happens and the company responds in a quick, competent way. Thank you.

Before the sale service was great. Its easy to reach them by phone. Very helpful sales staff. Delivery and product on time and as described for 2 pallets of HVAC equipment. Good prices and large centrally located inventory.

Would have gotten 5 stars but it took a week to ship my product. Don't understand that. Other then that everything good.
