Ingrams was expedient with shipment and very willing to take care of the issue we had with a damaged shipment. The people we dealt were extremely friendly, helpful, and considerate. They were a pleasure to talk to. We dealt mainly with Paul Ralph and Karen Rowland.

Package was delivered speedily. I arranged to be notified when shipping company was near my house. All parts appear to be there. Happy about purchasing from this company and would buy from them again.
No problem with order and received promptly
Poor customer service, in regards to damaged parts and equipment, and the waiting time to replace a damage part is not customer friendly, i know that things can happen that you have no control of, but some better arrangement should be put in place with your company and the makers of these equipment to resolved issues of damaged parts or equipments much quicker, the customer cannot wait for days to have there unit fix or replace, the sales person did well and was very helpful and that was a plus.

Shipping was very quick, and as usual the installation is very straightforward. I have ordered several of the Mr. Cool units from you, and your sales personal and tech reps were always helpful.
