Assistance with my purchase. The price and the shipping time, was a bonus.

Salesman was great. Shipping was great. Unit itself is great. Tech support was very disappointing. The included manual, the website manual and the cover panel all had different information on settings for 2 ton / 3 ton. Dip switches. Called tech support 3 days in a row. Several times each day. Leaving messages and return call information. Not one person ever responded back.

Product was just as described and fast shipping. Excellent supplier

There was an issue with pricing. There was an error on their side. Although we had to hash it out, they ended up doing the right and honorable thing.

They delivered what I ordered fairly timely and didn't damage the item.

You lost my order, I didn't know until I called a week later and then you reordered. I got my part in four days after reorder.

Only problem was tracking number aside for averrit but kept coming up DHL.Talked with Eric and resolved the issue.Other than that everything was excellent.Thank You

Reasonable to install

If I could give this company a zero star I would! We paid full price for our Geo unit in July of 2022, told it would be delivered in 12 weeks…it’s Oct 2023 and we are finally getting our full unit. Their customer service is horrible. Their ability to provide their product in a timely manner is horrible. Had their staff been honest with the time frame of delivery, we would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere. But they constantly told us 3-4 weeks out over and over and over again! If you are looking, I would def look at other companies!

I ordered my furnace on a monday,it arrived on tuesday had a question ,talked to a tech ,he answered my questions, people in customer service were awesome.

A customer representative quickly resolved an issue in placing my order related to financing. The order shipped promptly and arrived in perfect shape. Still installing but the Mr Cool Universal and high efficiency gas furnace are solidly built and intuitive to install.

Ordered on a Friday, and had my package unit delivered the following Wednesday. Installed on Oct 8, so haven't really had a chance to try. The air handler is super quiet as well as the condenser unit. Would recommend on just the price, customer service and delivery.

The staff at IWAE are awesome and super knowledgeable. We bought 2 split AC units by Trane (runtru). One has been installed for a month and runs great with zero hiccups. Then got a second system - to be installed next week. We hired a local experienced HVAC person to do the first install. Beyond happy! Would recommend IWAE to everyone!

Your sales person Lindsey was very helpful in my selection of the equipment. I pretty much knew what I wanted as I been in the field for a lot of years, but her help made everything run through very smoothly.

This is the best place to go for HVAC stuff. They know what they are doing and they are willing to talk to you and explain things to even the dumbest of us. Great customer service and good prices
