Don't assume the drawings available are unreadable or for some reason I won't be able to understand. You could also provide the documents I requested instead of sending me the same document again or ignoring my request. My entire transaction gave me the impression your people think less of me instead of considering I'm of equal intellect.

Ingram worked with me via email to put together an air conditioner package that suited my needs, they were very patient with me changing my mind multiple times, they would just adjust my quote and resubmit it each time. Once I finally made my purchase, they shipped promptly, and my packages arrive in a timely manner and well packaged.

The ordering process was quick and easy. The person who took my order by phone, Lyndsay, was excellent! Extremely accommodating and helpful. She made the whole process a breeze.

I am now told that parts are warranty if licensed heat and cooling person works on the furnace, if I would’ve known at the time of purchase 2 years ago I would’ve bought from someone else. I know how to install and work on furnace, just not licensed.
