Appalling customer service and unreliable delivery. Live food is usually not what I ordered and never comes when it should, they will never supply the tracking number in time. They refuse to refund when items are undelivered, even if they legally should—also, no luck to be had with the customer service.

Amazing place, i dont go anywhere else for my tortoise needs! Cheap, fast delivery and the prices cant be beaten! Regular returning customer 😁

i obtain all my required items, including live food, from internet reptiles and have never been disappointed with the orders always fast and proper i would most certainly recommend them for all your reptile/amphibian requirements, a great company to deal with. harry teyn margate

I have been using internet reptile for a few months, choosing them over other similar companies I have also shopped with, and they have yet to let me down. The variety of stock is great, prices are very good and service has always been great. Highly recommend

Great service and delivery

I have made five or six orders with them up to now and all of them arrived quickly and without issues. Even the lights have arrived safely.

Ordered two habistat vivariums a few days ago, both were delivered within the timescale and seaed with fragile tape and labelled glass all over the boxes. Checked the boxes and the base and sides of one was damaged and the sides of the other were damaged. Emailed them about the damage and was offered a replacement viv and side panels for the other. Just received the new delivery and one of the larger panels is also damaged, but the new viv and all the other panels are fine. Rang the store and spoke to the same guy that dealt with the previous one and he's sending out a new panel for me. Courier issues are the worst, but Internet Reptile is the best for customer service and after care.

so my 3 lights i ordered came today completely smashed to bits. im now worried about the other light i also ordered off them that still has to arrive. i have refused the order so hopefully they will send replacements out asap. And maybe when youre sending out stuff made from glass or things that easily break, that you should put tape on the box saying "FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE"

Well organised website, prices are good, order delivered and arrived on time with everything alive and in good shape (live food).

I purchased a vivarium from this companies eBay shop, it was dispatched and arrived quickly but was found to have a snapped board and other faults on opening. Messaged on eBay hoping for a quick resolution, unfortunately they never responded. I sent several messages never once did anyone from this company care it seemed. I had to package this broken Viv back up, lug it round to the post office and send back hoping for a refund at some point. Because I was desperate for this Viv I had to purchase it again from another company and hope for a refund from here eventually. Horrible impersonal experience. Might as well have been dealing with robots.

Worms arrived safely and I'm very pleased with the service and will be using you for the foreseeable future 😀😊👍

Always been my first stop for reptile supplies but I’ll unfortunately have to find an alternative as their customer service is very much lacking. I’m expected to pay for a return and delivery of a new order when the issue has arisen due to their lack of information in the description of an item. The response I received basically said it’s my own fault and I’ll have to pay for it. Disappointing.

Ordered item on the basis of same day/next day despatch but still processing after 8 days. No response to message sent until refund given but no explanation as to the delay. I had to order from another supplier at extra shipping costs to get item in time. As it seems I can not rely on this company's service I will be taking Internet Reptile off my suppliers list.

Can't fault it, ordered lighting equipment for 4 vivariums, processed, sent out and delivered quickly with no issues.

I've ordered a dimming thermostat and even though it said it was delivered on tracking, it was not there. Very fast response from customer service and credit to the account so I could order a new one straight away. The second one arrived without a glitch. I've also ordered cork bark and branches few times previously and always had a great experience. Excellent service overall, would definitely recommend!

Great company that genuinely does offer the best quality and prices around for reptile products. We have 10 beardies and a python and they all love the things we get from here! The few times there has been an issue with any orders weve placed, they have rectified them almost instantly! Great place for reptile things.

As of late wrong orders sent. Missing items and wrong size bugs. Getting to talk to someone in person is impossible. They have cost me a fortune because I’ve had to buy double. Now happened several times it’s time for a new supplier

My first delivery was left on my doorstep and the rats were still frozen. Perfect- This time- my second and last delivery, I received no notification of attempted delivery. Rather than letting me know,by a card through the letterbox or an email, I simply didn’t get my delivery…until a week later when a festering box of rancid, gone off dead rats was left on my doorstep. Meaning I had to then dispose of them myself. I’ve been told I can receive no refund. Surely if other delivery companies can contact you by email and text the day of delivery, then these guys can do the same
