Poor customer service
Always been my first stop for reptile supplies but I’ll unfortunately have to find an alternative as their customer service is very much lacking. I’m expected to pay for a return and delivery of a new order when the issue has arisen due to their lack of information in the description of an item. The response I received basically said it’s my own fault and I’ll have to pay for it. Disappointing.
