Internet Reptile has been my go to supplier for equipment and frozen food for more than a year now. The ordering process is fairly simple, and contact about delivery is very precise. I live around 400 miles away from Nottingham and I've never had a defrosted food delivery. The frozen rodents are all of an extremely high quality and I've found that my snakes prefer rats that aren't just standard white. Although coloured rats are not a specific order item I was happy to see them in my most recent order. I'm going to try to breed for the first time this coming year, so I'll be ordering more from Internet Reptile than usual.

I liked the products that turned up. What I didn’t like was the fact that I was missing an item, and that when I requested it get sent out to me, I was given a refund and told there was nothing they could do now it had been processed, meaning I’d have to order the £2.99 item I wanted but pay £3.99 for a new delivery when it wasn’t my mistake.

I bought a Habistat Digital Thermostat and it didn't work. I mistakenly threw the box away but Internet Reptile were accepting of this and replaced it so I'm thankful for their help

Great all round

I ordered the Habistat 45 x 45 x 60cm terrarium and it arrived within 48 hours. Unfortunately the door was smashed. I contacted customer services and within 24 hours a replacement door had been delivered. I'm so impressed with the quality of service and the terrarium is wonderful 👌

Ordered live food paid loads for express delivery but they dident even bother dispatching till 3 days later I placed on Mon they dispatched Thursday dident arrive in time sent them an email and got pied off.

I would highly recommend using Internet reptile for live food. I've ordered 3 times from them now and although I was a little dubious over the last order of xl locusts (quite a few were not xl) they were all still very good quality and lasted 3 weeks in the tank I transfered them too. I used to buy the locusts from the local pet shop until they started putting less in the packets which meant less value for money. Highly recommended Internet reptile for both value and quality!

After sending back a faulty item I expected a long delay in replacing the item. This was not the case, I received the replacement within a few days. This was a great service. Thank you.
