I have to give one star because it will not let me go any lower. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely in a shop where I was willing to drop a significant amount of money, all because the sales advisor wasn’t a fan on my helmet brand. Even had a customer loyalty voucher to use, not loyal anymore. There loss I will never set foot in their shops or order anything from them, ever again.

First class service at Oxford - their technical knowledge of every single product in the shop is amazing. If you are a female needing advice on bike clothing then go and see Ellie! She knows exactly what will fit you, how it will fit you, the difference between all the options, the pros and cons, the grading and quality of every item, etc. The whole vibe in the shop is very chilled, helpful and a community feel rather than hard sales. One of my items had to be shipped to me as they didn't have my size in the shop - free shipping and Ellie was spot on with the sizing.

Top service from the Watford lads! No bike stores open near me in Aylesbury on a Sunday so off to Watford I went! Oli, Dennis & Kieran were superb! I bought Alpinestars boots, Arai helmet and Oxford jacket. I returned the helmet the next day as I’d kinda messed up with some serious colour clashing. No problem though, all sorted with no fuss. Exchange helmet came into stock next day and is absolutely spot on! Keep up the good work guys! John

My go to store for all my gear. I won't go anywhere else because the service I recieve at Huddersfield is outstanding. Whatever I need these guys sort it out immediately. Store is always well stocked and if they don't have what you need they will usually order it in within a matter of days. I want to say a big big thank you to Gina, Jakub and Ben. These guys are amazing and always looks after me when I'm in store. Thank you guys and it's always great to see you when I come in.

Needed some new gloves and Infinty have a store in a nearby town. I visited and they sorted me out. I triend on loads of pairs until i found the prefect ones. I'm very happy.

JUST VISITED HANGER LANE TO PICK UP AN INNER VISOR FOR MY SHUBERTH HELMET..AS USUAL THEY HAD ONE IN STOCK WHICH PAWEL KINDLY FITTED FOR ME AS I AM ALL THUMBS WHEN IT COMES TO THIS STUFF..AND HE GAVE MY LID A PROPER CLEAN..MEAN WHILE MJ KEPT ME ENTERTAINED...AS THE SHOP IS NEAR TO ME IM OFTEN IN THERE (MAYBE TO OFTEN).BUT ALLWAYS MADE TO FEEL WELCOME.ALSO IF THEY HAVENT GOT WHAT INEED THEY CAN NORMALLY GET IT IN FEW DAYS...KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOUR DOIN GUYS ...P.S.I WASNT PAID FOR THIS REVIEW........

re: Infinity Motorcycles in Farnborough, UK These guys are generally excellent when you ask them for support, and sometimes they are UTTERLY SUPERB. Just had some great help from a guy called Hendrix re: fitting an SP phone mount. Use these guys. They are GRRREAT ! ;-)

I had a small issue fitting some helmet visors I bought for my wife and myself. The guys at Infinity sorted it for me and their customer service was second to none. I will definitely use Infinity York again, thanks guys

Recently had to contact customer service ref: exchange. I found them to be very polite, friendly and understanding. It's not the first time I've used Infinity motorcycles, it also won't be the last. Never buying a Rukka item again, especially from this company. As soon as there is an issue, it's pass the buck to someone else. Must be Rukka, must be Gore, must be Steve who lives round the corner. Please eh!

Popped into infinity Watford today for some replacement pins for my pinlock visor. Young lad named Rue not only replaced them but did a quick service on my shoei neotec FOR FREE!! Very impressed with the shop and the staff. Will definitely be back.

Received a pair of RST boots for Christmas a bit on the tight size 11 spoke to an advisor who recommended I went up a size , returned the boots Wednesday and received the replacement ones today Saturday excellent service and thank you very much they now for lovely

Ordered some boots on line, I'm right between two sizes and normally size up, however this particular boot came up larger than expected. Rang in to Camberley & spoke with James he said they had the smaller size on the shelf so popped into the store and swapped over. Whilst over at the store I enquired about some helmets some James went through options & really knew the products 👍
