I had a problem with the waterproofing of a gore-tex jacket that I purchased from Infinity back in 2018. Nathan at Christchurch infinity advised that although the jacket was out of manufacturers warranty, it should still be covered by Gore-Tex. Nathan set up the return for me, arranged (and paid for) the postage and handled everything perfectly making it as easy as possible for me. Gore-Tex offered me a refund as the replacement was not available. I went back to Nathan at Christchurch who found a direct replacement with a competitor. We sent the detail to Gore-Tex who bought the jacket from the competitor and sent it to me. Infinity understood they might lose the sale but they put my satisfaction first. Excellent Integrity.
