The installation went very well, the electrician David, was lovely. Really helpful. It took less than 1 day and up and running by mid afternoon. The saving already is very noticeable. We are learning more each day. The only slight niggle was unfortunately with the scaffolders. Very pleasant and polite but were somewhat delayed. Got here in the end.

Having had a bad experience when dealing with a previous solar company I was relieved when infinity were able to provide exactly what I wanted. The install team were excellent. They did a very tidy job and were done in a single day. The system is great. We have reduced our grid usage dramatically. I would strongly recommend infinity and would not consider going anywhere else.

Amazing communication from the office and the Engineer was friendly and really professional. I'd definitely recommend and use them again. Also my AC unit is working like new.

It's only been about 10 days since our install but we've been very impressed with the whole process. We have considered getting solar panels installed for a couple of years and finally bit the bullet. After spending a couple of months researching and getting proposals from a number of companies we settled on Infinity Energy Solutions who, while not the cheapest by any means, stood out with their comprehensive proposal, warranties and prompt responses to all the queries we had. After settling on a date we made the required deposits (25% at the start and another payment two weeks before the install). The scaffolders turned up two days before the install and were done in a couple of hours. On the day of the install we opened the door around 8am to no less than four electricians (or sparkys as they introduced themselves - see the title). There were supposed to be two panel installers as well but one of them had called in sick, though this did not seem to make any difference as the lone installer just got on with his task. The electricians briefly confirmed with us where we wanted the wiring to run and we then got out of their way and pretty much left them to it. At about 1pm I popped out to the shed. The panel installer had already finished his work. Our neighbour caught me while I was in the garden and asked me to say thanks to the installer who had removed some slate that had gotten stuck in their guttering (cheeky of them to ask but nice of the installer to do it nonetheless). Around 2pm we were advised that the electrics needed to be turned off so everything could be wired in to the mains. This took the best part of an hour and afterwards, while the others started cleaning up, one of the electricians showed us what had been done and gave us a brief overview of where buttons were on the batteries and what they were for as well as showing us the new panel under the stairs. They also got us to install the solar monitoring app and connected the system to our wi-fi. And that was that - we were solar powered and reaping the benefits of the big yellow ball in the sky (when it wasn't being hidden by those horrid clouds)! The scaffolders returned four days after the install and were gone again in an hour. It has to be said that is one of the most professional jobs I have personally seen. The team were all very polite and I cannot fault their workmanship. Other than the obvious new batteries, and wiring in our conservatory and at the top of the stairs (which all looks very tidy), you almost wouldn't notice they've been at all. The wiring from the conservatory to the electrics under the stairs are very well hidden away and the team actually found a better solution to the original idea when going from the dining room through the hall to the panels under the stairs so there's actually nothing visible at all in the hallway on the ground floor, and only a small hole in the dining room wall. If I had to make one complaint it would be that it took two and a half months from accepting the proposal to the final install so we lost a lot of the summer, but as that was the lead time we were given it's not really a complaint, just a shame we didn't decide earlier.

I came to Infinity Energy Services after having a bad experience with another Solar company. The team at Infinity were polite a helpful on the phone. I talked through options with Andrew Knowler one of the Solar Technical designers on the phone who made a provisional recommendation after a virtual survey. He then personally visited our house and adjusted the recommendation in discussion with us to fit better. We then agreed a date for installation, they then called to agree a date for the scaffolding to go up and an update of when the team would arrive. A communication highlight was an email from Christine Monet in accounts at 8.30 at night reassuring me that all was well as I kept missing her to pay the deposit. The scaffolders were on time, polite efficient and careful of our property both during the install and the removal and nice guys. The team arrived to install on time two roofers and two electricians. All again nice guys, efficient, polite, the workmanship demonstrated they had a pride in their job. All paperwork came through as soon as I made the final payment. A great process with professional customer focussed organisation with skilled tradesmen who know how to work with people. Highly recommended.

We had 24 solar panels installed in a ground array, with a battery and EV charger. Everyone at Infinity was very professional, competent and friendly from start to finish. We are now pretty much ‘off grid’ during the summer!

The survey was comprehensive and the installation carried out efficiantly, quickly and with minimum fuss.

I can’t fault the work of the installation engineers as they’re nothing short of excellent. But my god, trying to get clarification from the office on paperwork and processes required to be able export to the grid seems to be a big ask, and they seem spare no effort to hide there displeasure at having to explain any of the duplicated, incorrect and missing paperwork I’ve received.

We are really pleased with the service provided so far from the initial sales meeting through to the installation of our wall mounted Daikin AC unit. I would highly recommend which I dont often do.

Infinity installed a solar pv array and power wall battery for us. Their service was exemplary from start to finish. The quote was timely and competitive and they gave us sound advice on the best options for our installation. The installation was completed in a professional manner and the roofers and electricians were a pleasure to have on site. Everyone at Infinity went out of their way to provide a friendly and professional service. We would definitely recommend them.

From the day I contacted Infinity to getting quote, survey and installation been excellent. Also time scale 3 month's that is also waiting for the DNO. Which is most of that 3 month's. If that was not required they probably have done it a lot sooner .

We commissioned Infinity Energy Services to install solar panels a new car charger and a Tesla Powerwall battery system in our home. IFS were absolutely incredible in every aspect of the installation. They are very easy to get hold of via email and also on the phone. All installation dates were kept and the installers did an excellent job creating no mess and leaving our home spotless. The customer service is amazing at all levels, from initial contact through surveys, quotes and installation. Excellent service from Infinity from initial contact through to installation, installers on the day were very professional and tidy, finishing the job to a high standard and explaining how it all works. Unlike many firms they don't subcontract out the work. Scaffolding was up for less a week.

Communication has been excellent! They have kept us informed, and everything has taken place as advised. We previously started with another company with a similar name (council scheme recommendation), but lost faith in their knowledge, honesty and integrity, then we found it wasn’t too late to cancel with them and go with Infinity Energy Services instead, who we thoroughly and confidently recommend. They also advised us what to write to get our £100 deposit back! If you’re having doubts about a solar company, this review might encourage you to do the same as we did and invest your money with solar equipment calculated, surveyed, supplied and installed by Infinity Energy Services.

Came recommended to us and was very happy with the service. When quoting and designing the staff were knowledgeable and able to advise on the most suitable batteries and solar panels and the fitters were professional and cleaned up when they were done. Everything seems to be working perfectly.

We are very pleased with the installation of our solar panels and battery. The engineers were fantastic, the panels and battery are great and the process to get everything working very straightforward. The battery took several months to be installed due to a delay in availability. We were advised of this and given other options which would have been available sooner.

From the estimate stage to completion, the infinity team has been extremely attentive and explained every process. The Installation technicians were polite, clean & the finished cable runs are very neat. would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
