Imperium Jewelry Reviews

I order from the company after seeing their add on Facebook. The first chains said that they were delivered, but never were. When I contacted the customer service they said they would send out another set because of the lifetime warranty but it would not come with another warranty. I thought that was fair. The second set has still not shown. The customer service is now telling me that it will be updated in a week everytime I email them. They have an F with the BBB for a reason. Please do not waste your money.

Purchased $200 worth of jewelry on 6/13 and paid for 1-2 business day priority shipping. It's 4 days past my original arrival date and I've yet to receive my package. Waste of time!!!!!!

The jewelry seems to be good guality but I purchased three chains for my husband late May to give to him Father’s Day in mid June. He opened the box and loved them but they’re unfortunately too small. They don’t carry the size we need but also won’t let me return these because I’ve had them in my possession longer than 15 days. This means if you give it as a gift or need any time to figure out if it’s right for you, you run a great risk of not being able to return.

in only a couple weeks of ownership the jewelry looks like trash!

I purchased a chain for my husband for his 70th birthday. The links were too big for him. We tried it on and put it back in the box to be returned. However they say it was scratch and cannot be returned. There was nothing wrong with the chain when we returned it but cannot get our money back. Buyer beware! I am reporting them to the better business bureau and the Attorney General. They are fraud!

THIS PLACE SUCK I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY CHAINS I ORDER. THATS NOT COOL NEXT TIME I WILL BE ORDERING FROM JAXXON

Nice jewelry, but major major flaw in the casp of the man's simulated diamond bracelet! The clasp needs to be re designed! It kept falling off until I eventually lost it! I would not recommend purchasing this until the clasp is redesigned!

Most of y'all on here giving low reviews, crying bout exchanges but the reviews need to be about the QUALITY of the jewelry.Thats what everybody coming to this site are looking for! Somebody REAL please post about the QUALITY of the jewelry PLEASE. But I am taking a star away because they're not accredited with the BBB. So still y'all's fault if y'all don't check.

WARNING! Do not order from this company! They do not honor their refund policy. I returned a chain in flawless like new condition and they have sent me every excuse possible and refused my refund. If you find yourself needing their support for a refund, you will only face incredible hassle. They prefer to scam you out of your money in such cases and their "policy" is written to support your loss. I am filing a BBB complaint. Stay away from this company!

I purchased 3 chains in December 2024 during their promo period and they added another chain for free. Issue with the shipping company and never received the order. Reached out to their customer service but it’s nonexistent!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AT ALL!!!! SCAM LIKELY

The quality was great. They look amazing and I had difficulty with one of the clasp I called customer service. They helped me with a video and everything is great. Great customer service.Going to order more the ice bracelet is beautiful!

My nickel allergy caused me to return. If you have one I don't recommend. No real 18k gold there. It's nice n heavy though.

This place is a scam - if you need to return something or everything good luck getting your money back has been 6 months and we have yet to get our refund and furthermore if you buy with a payment options, they will ruin your credit

I purchased several items, necklaces, pendants, and a bracelet. The bracelet fell apart after wearing it twice. I reached out to Imperium on their website and also to one of their managers regarding a return and replacement. None were answered and no response was ever given. Buyer beware this company likes to sell and will spam you daily to buy buy buy but BEWARE if you have a problem with a purchase they will Ignore, Ignore, Ignore.

First of all the items are beautiful Second, the price is the best Third their customer service is impeccable, especially in these times where customer service is usually nonexistent. I ordered the wrong size and not only did they send me return shipping for free. They sent me out the one I should have ordered. I am extremely happy with the service and even happier with the quality of the purchase I made I will be a long time customer, I used to shop at Harlem bling

First off ordered 3 chains took over 2 weeks the 24 inch 5mm gold made my neck break out they did send me another replacement in silver but took 2 and a half weeks there customer service is not very good

Fake jewelry. Put a magnet to it. Ordered five chains, every single one of them is magnetic. Don't believe them when they say it's pure gold or silver or silver plated with gold. It's iron or nickel underneath that silver or gold.

Waited 5 weeks for delivery AFTER they told me it had been shipped. Was given incorrect shipping info. The absolute worse customer service. I ordered because my grandson picked a bracelet and iced chain from them for Christmas. I wish I had read the reviews first. I spent almost 300.00 and I’m serious when I tell you that you would get the same thing from Temu for 20.00. The return policy last for 15 days is nonexistent. Not sure how in the world they stay in business. It’s a joke. I could kick myself for being so stupid.

Im sure some of these reviews are FAKE!!! Purchased a piece of jewelry end of December need it by January 14th it’s still sitting in Florida….Highly upset or doing this again😒

I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
