Cheap merchandise-horrible customer service
Waited 5 weeks for delivery AFTER they told me it had been shipped. Was given incorrect shipping info. The absolute worse customer service. I ordered because my grandson picked a bracelet and iced chain from them for Christmas. I wish I had read the reviews first. I spent almost 300.00 and I’m serious when I tell you that you would get the same thing from Temu for 20.00. The return policy last for 15 days is nonexistent. Not sure how in the world they stay in business. It’s a joke. I could kick myself for being so stupid.
