I purchased 4 necklaces and returned one. I have not received my refund for the returned merchandise. I've sent emails after email with no response

…so I’m unsure what has triggered the littered amount of negative comments, but I can only speak of my experience: flawless. When I placed my ordered May 21, I received confirmation less than 24 hours afterwards (5MM 20” Cuban gold chain) that it was being shipped (USPS Ground Advantage from Miami, FL). From the day it shipped, with a tracking number provided, to the day received, I was never in doubt I’d receive the item. It took just over a week to receive, namely because I’m located on the West coast AND shipment was in route during a holiday (Memorial Day on Monday; no postal service delivery). The quality? Excellent. Stamped on the box clasp is Imperium’s logo with flawless quality throughout. My only (minor) complaint is that I did NOT receive the mobile jewelry bag as stated (none was enclosed in the package). My overall recommendation would be to roll with Imperium as I’ve encountered no issues whatsoever—in fact, I’ve already ordered a Cuban bracelet, too!

This must be a total scam! I ordered a chain on May 10, 2024, never received the item. Paid it in full. They provided me a bogus USPS Tracking Code. No customer service number , and they don’t respond to emails. Crooks!

Never again will I order anything here. You'll never receive it

This chains are everything!!!! It looks really nice! The customer service is really helpful and response back quickly. If our problem happens, I will be ordering more chains from here. This will be my go to site.

Ordered and received products that did not fit correctly. I was assured I would get a refund. They have now had my returned products for over a week and I still have no update on my refund. Definitely feel like I've been scammed out of my money. Do not recommend this experience

Wrong item was sent, box was damaged . Surprise duty was charged upon delivery. Tried to return and waited weeks without an answer. Finally someone responded that the correct item would be mailed. Asked if duty would be charged again and they said it was out of their control once it left the country. Told them not to send it and perhaps a store credit could be issued to use at a later time . No answer yet again.

Opened the box and was blown away by the quality. I ordered a 20 in 5 mm cuban link and a 3mm cuban link. The 3mm fit perfect but the 5mm was too small. Customer service was great and easy. My new chain is already on its way 2 business days later. Great experience all around will definitely recommend.

I returned a necklace on January 17th that I had purchased with affirm. It is 2 days away from being a month since my return and they have yet to process the return!! I have reached out through their website and have not heard anything! And I call them and just get voicemail! I am fuming mad! 😡 I’d be careful ordering from these people!!

My experience was great with the representative from Impermium Jewelry. The customer service was excellent as well. They didn't take a longtime to reach back to me from my concerns on some jewelry I ordered from them. I will most definitely refer them to all of my colleagues, & will be ordering more from them in the mere future. Plus they have a Great Quality of items that are truly Amazing!! I was not happy with the first bracelet that arrived so I contacted the Company. They did everything that they could possibly do and more to make me happy. Very fair about the pricing and gave me a great deal on my new bracelet. Thank you Guys and Girls. I will add to my collection soon.

Imperium has really exceeded my expectations on their jewlery. Not only was shipping fast and easy, but the piece of jewlery I ordered was heavy, durable, shiny, and overall just absolutely stunning. It exceeded my expectations for sure. If you or a loved one is considering buying a piece of jewlery from Imperium, know that their pieces are worth every penny.

I’m giving 5 stars because of their customer service. I ordered an 18” Cuban chain with a cross , and once I got it, I realized the chain was too small, as well as the loop on the cross to fit that chain. They are now sending me a 24” chain at NO EXTRA COST, as well as a 24” rope chain that actually does fit the cross…completely FREE! Are you kidding?! Who does that?! Imperium, thank you!! You have been a wonderful blessing to me this Christmas. God bless 🙏

Wearing Imperium's silver tennis chain is a game-changer for me. It's beautifully crafted, it boosts my style from casual to formal. The silver stays shiny, the clasp is secure, and it's comfy for all-day wear. I've gotten a lot of compliments, 5 stars, no doubt!

I was excited to see they were having a buy one get one chain free offer. I received the two chains and wanted to exchange one I didn't like. I was told that because this is a promotional item, it cannot be exchanged, which doesn't make sense because they're always having sales and so EVERY item is non-refundable according to that policy. Speaking of policies, nowhere in their return/exchange policy does it state that promotional items are not exchangeable/refundable. It is a SCAM. And I wanted to exchange it for a more expensive chain. They would have made MORE money.

To keep it short and sweet. The quality is very much there especially for the price. And the packaging is also awesome! I definitely will be buying again

Love how this red clover bracelet makes my wrist stack more interesting. The color adds just the right pop without being overwhelming.

Before this I only had one chain but the bundle let me try different styles. Now I can switch up my look depending on what I'm wearing.
