Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

The service of Hinkley imo car wash was really very impressive.
Cardiff Bay. Car still had bird mess on after wash. Asked staff member for a quick water spray gun on bonnet to clear mess, staff member turned aggressive. Quite scary, won't go back.
- Vorwäsche 1x eingesprüht, Felgen überhaupt nicht behandelt - Insektenentferner wurde nicht verwendet - Waschstraße wurde sehr zügig durchlaufen, so war dann auch das Ergebnis Auto war nach Wäsche weder vollständig sauber (Insekten nicht beseitigt), Trocknung mangelhaft (überall Kalkflecke und streifig). Schade um Geld für diese mangelhafte Reinigung.
To be absolutely fair, The lads at the car wash and the car wash itself I have found to be absolutely fine. BUT IMO as a whole my God, Thieving bunch. Evidence: I purchased a car wash bundle 3 x Ultra HD washes I used 2 and 3rd was coming near the finish date, The weather was inclement and work I couldn't get. So I had this taken off me. OK fine my fault should have used it quicker (yet do car washes go out of date ?) So pledged to buy as you go, using their app. 6 Ultra HD washes later, up flashed "Congratulations you have earned a free Ultra HD wash", great I though, 3 weeks later I go to redeem ....... guess what its disappeared. I have contacted IMO both via email and via app. Nothing !!!! throughly ignored. IMO, sorry I'd rather chuck my money in the street, rather than give you a penny. IMO, Thieving bunch of fraudlent, Bar Stewards

FEELS LIKE A FEATURE, NOT A BUG. Formal Complaint Regarding Staff Conduct – IMO Car Wash Hastings Dear Customer Support, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the conduct of a staff member named Marian, who was operating at IMO Car Wash Hastings on the morning of Saturday, 5th July 2025, at approximately 8:30 AM. Upon arrival, I greeted Marian politely with a "Good morning", to which he offered no acknowledgment other than a curt “What do you want?”. I requested an HD Wash and informed him I wished to use the £5 Blue Light Card discount available to NHS staff. His immediate response was dismissive and rude—claiming IMO does not offer discounts and suggesting I “go to a supermarket” if I wanted one. Despite calmly explaining that I had previously used this discount at the same location under a different staff member, Marian insisted he was the only operator—contrary to fact. I presented my Blue Light Card, and when that was met with resistance, I showed him the offer via the Blue Light Card app. Only then did he acknowledge the discount, while still arguing it was a “voucher” and not applicable—an act of deliberate obstruction rather than misunderstanding. His behaviour grew increasingly aggressive when I pointed out that arguing over a verified discount with the day's first customer was unprofessional. He accused me of not being “nice enough” to him, refused to give his full name or provide identification, and dismissed my statement that I would file a formal complaint. Most alarmingly, he warned me not to return to “his” car wash or “bad things” would happen to me—a direct threat that I take seriously. Disturbed by this escalation, I paid for the wash and closed my window. He proceeded to give a rushed and substandard pre-wash before sending my vehicle into the tunnel. I recorded the latter part of the encounter after the threat was issued. Upon seeing the camera, his tone de-escalated marginally, but he reiterated he "doesn't care" if a complaint is lodged. This suggests a concerning confidence in the lack of accountability—perhaps supported by past behaviour going unaddressed. I have used this IMO location for many years without issue, but this experience—my second time using the NHS discount—was deeply unsettling. I am also a doctor, and I strongly believe Marian’s hostile demeanour and unpredictable responses may warrant internal review, not only from a customer service perspective but also in terms of suitability for public-facing work. His conduct risks serious reputational damage to IMO in the Hastings area. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly, including reviewing available CCTV footage and interviewing other customers or staff who may have experienced similar treatment. Beste Waschanlage in Rastatt! Ich bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und arbeiten schnell und gründlich. Mein Auto sieht immer top aus nach der Wäsche. I always pay for my wash via the App & its plastered all over the place use the app to get rewards however when i had a free HD wash i tried to use it but the man scanned it & said i can't redeem it there i have to contact them online. I contacted the online service which i got no response from so tried again to be told i have used it!! This is a terrible service, i have not used it & it would seem i am being called a liar would never recommend
Paid for the ultra HD wash but the car was still filthy after the wash, including some loose grass chippings on the back. Im pretty sure i didnt get ultra hd part of the wash, which looks like it had run out but the staff clearly didnt want to be there so probably didnt care! Tried to complain on the website but get an error every time I try to send the form. Reached out to you on social media, and you didn't even bother to respond although you continue to post things on there so i know you have seen my message. Will never use again
I felt I had to write a review of my IMO Car Wash experience yesterday after reading so many negative reviews on Trust Pilot. I use the Harrogate branch regularly and am always very pleased with the results. Yesterday I decided to try the Ultra HD wash and the results are amazing, the gleam on my car today is quite something! Also the attendant who did the wash was very polite and friendly. So it's five stars from me on this car wash!
Leider sehe ich mich veranlasst, eine Beschwerde über den Service sowie das Verhalten eines Mitarbeiters an Ihrem Standort in der Christof-Ruthof-Weg 2, 55252 Mainz einzureichen. Mir ist bereits mehrfach aufgefallen, dass die Vorwäsche dort nicht bei allen Waschprogrammen gleich sorgfältig durchgeführt wird. Am 17.05. war dies besonders deutlich: Die Vorwäsche dauerte lediglich etwa eine Minute. Da mein Fahrzeug zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch stark verstaubt war (siehe beigefügte Fotos), sprach ich den zuständigen Mitarbeiter direkt an und bat ihn, die Vorwäsche ordnungsgemäß durchzuführen. Ich erklärte ihm auch, dass ich mein Fahrzeug in diesem Zustand nicht in die Waschanlage fahren könne, da insbesondere dunkle Fahrzeuge – wie meines – dadurch leicht Kratzer bekommen können. Leider reagierte der Mitarbeiter äußerst unfreundlich und in aggressivem Ton. Er behauptete, eine gründliche Vorwäsche sei nur bei einem teureren Waschprogramm möglich. Auch weigerte er sich, die Vorwäsche fortzusetzen. Stattdessen erhielt ich zunächst 5 € zurück und wurde aufgefordert, die Anlage rückwärts zu verlassen – verbunden mit einem Hausverbot. Erst nach längerer Diskussion wurde mir schließlich der vollständige Betrag von 9 € erstattet. Die beigefügten Fotos wurden etwa 20 Minuten später aufgenommen, nachdem ich wieder zu Hause war. Ich hoffe auf eine zeitnahe Klärung der Angelegenheit und auf entsprechende Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung eines kundenfreundlichen und qualitativ einheitlichen Services an Ihrem Standort.
NEVER GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE. I got my car cleaned here over a month ago... as the car was going through the car was I heard a loud bang and saw my wing mirror get smashed off on the passengers side. when I came out and drove around for the interior wash the guy ran over with the broken wing mirror trying to fix it back onto the car... he couldn't it was completely smashed. He then filled me with a tone of confidence telling me that this happens all the time but not to worry just fill this form in and IMO will get in contact with me to get this resolved. It is not over 4 weeks later not a peep from them even with me trying to chase them calling and emailing, they dont care in the slightest and just hope that I go away. complete joke of a company.

My mirror was torn off by car wash. I filled an accident report out. I've had the mirror replaced. It was beyond repair and illegal to drive. At a cost of £220. I've sent multiple emails none have been answered I rang was told to report it online (as a message) couldn't speak to anyone the operator of the car wash suggested super glue. Complete joke. Totally ignored. This happened at Cardiff Newport Rd branch. Absolutely disgraceful
