Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Ich war in Wanne Eickel und war so was von zufrieden so nette hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter hab ich lange nicht gehabt der Service eins A ich würde 10000 Sterne geben mich habt ihr als Stammkunde gewonnen und komme gerne immer wieder toll toll toll kann ich nur jedem empfehlen ein ganz dickes Lob an die Mitarbeiter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The cleaning was very professional, and the environment was very clean. They were friendly workers, and they did excellent work. I would highly recommend IMO Car Wash at Beckton. I always take my car to that particular car wash.n
Ich war voll zufrieden. Durch Zufall bin ich auf einer kleinen Rundreise nach Bremen in Münster abgebogen und hab IMO gesehen. Da ich IMO in Bonn kenne bin ich mal in Münster reingefahren. Top Einweisung, Vorwäsche, kleine Reklamation beseitigt. Herr Weishaupt (?) war super korrekt und freundlich. Empfehlung.

Thieves Paid for a mini valet but when they had washed the exterior they decided they were too busy to do anymore and moved on to the next customer. Rude agressive Do Not Use!
Super sauber
I've been here a few times and always found them pleasant and helpful. But, I went a few weeks ago on a Friday, tried to order my usual which is car wash, wheels blacked, windows in and out and and door rims. I was told only able to clean car as he was on his own as the rest were at prayer. Surely they should make sure enough people are available to work to deliver all services advertised!
The Imo company doesnt care about employes or how does the operators treats them after working at one site very long time the company just ignores me operators pays less than minimum wage £5/6 p/h just dont use this service
Super freundlich immer wieder
RUDE. Stopped for TWO seconds to scan the qr code to pay before going in. Had a worker shout at me to move (why is there a QR code service then?) and dangerously moved a CUSTOMER car to push infront of me. (Skidded around, so you can tell how fast he was!) Tried reversing out and had another worker tell me to park somewhere else to pay. (Still. Very rude) i left without using the service. I am fuming 😡 I’m not one to complain but LEARN customer service skills. fed up of BAD workers

IMO Poole Dorset do not go to I paid for a valet come back my windscreen is broken and scratched side of wing ! Totally denied all knowledge very rude and argued with me that it came in like it absolute disgusting ! Rang my insurance they said these days u have to take photo of everything before u go in as people are so dishonest absolute disgrace AVOID as they don’t admit liability

Die IMO auf der Völklinger Straße in Düsseldorf ist super: Nettes und freundliches Personal, das Waschergebnis ist sehr gut und wenn mal Probleme sind, wird gerne geholfen. Nachdem mal ein Scheibenwischer fliegen ging, hat die Versicherung den Schaden schnell bezahlt. Seitdem achte ich immer auf die Plastictüte... Die Preise für die Wäschen finde ich absolut leistungsgerecht.
