Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Nett und freundlich wie immer
Das Personal ist stets freundlich und bemüht sich um alles zu kümmern. Die Ergebnisse der Autowäsche in Berlin-Zehlendorf sind immer ohne Beanstandung. Durch die kostenlosen Staubsauger ist der Service perfekt.
Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich wirklich zufrieden in Mayen. Leider wird das Auto nicht immer 100% sauber, aber die Mitarbeiter geben sich Mühe und sind auch immer freundlich.
War jetzt schon ein paar Mal bei der IMO Car Wash in Neukölln und bin jedes Mal super zufrieden. Die Waschstraße läuft zügig, mein Auto ist danach richtig sauber und glänzt schön. Auch die Felgen werden ordentlich sauber – was ja nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Das Team vor Ort ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Preislich passt es auch, vor allem wenn man öfter kommt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Die einfachen Wäschen im unteren Preissegment werden verweigert (Basiswäsche angeblich nur für Taxen). Schlechtes Waschergebnis und Kartenzahlung geht angeblich nicht, Gerät defekt (schon seit Jahren, man kann sich denken worum es wirklich geht). Nie wieder!

Personal extrem unfreundlich, man wird sogar beschimpft. Die Wäsche ist okay, die Trocknung mangelhaft. Das Wasser trippt danach noch vom ganzen Auto. Nachwischen ist pflicht, der ganze Lack und die Scheiben voller schlieren. NIE wieder.

you used to get alloys pressure washed, suds on brush over windows etc, hardly touched the alloys with the pressure wash, no suds for windows really poor wash! Won’t be going back! It used to be excellent but not anymore

Because I’d had problems at the Bridgwater station before so before I paid the attendant I asked if the wash was working correctly. He said it was so paid £14 for an ultra wash and proceeded to the track. The spray detergent on the left side wasn’t working, the ‘Ultra’ spray and the blower on the left weren’t working either resulting in the right side looking ok but the left side looking like I’d been through a storm. I asked the attendant for a refund. He told me that he couldn’t. I asked how I could complain. He said I should go on line. I’ve finally had enough of IMO and Bridgwater in particular.
I was on a monthly subscription. I bought a new car towards the end of 2024 and the IMO carwash was the only place my car was washed. After one visit I noticed strange staining marks on my rear bumper. The only explanation I can see is that the chemical sprayed on by the attendant as I entered the car wash has done this. I cancelled the subscription and will be washing my car myself from now on.
