I always pay for my wash via the App & its plastered all over the place use the app to get rewards however when i had a free HD wash i tried to use it but the man scanned it & said i can't redeem it there i have to contact them online. I contacted the online service which i got no response from so tried again to be told i have used it!! This is a terrible service, i have not used it & it would seem i am being called a liar would never recommend
