IMO Car Wash Reviews

Very rubbish experience. People working there just everyone to go into the machine. No pre wash nor did they jet wash car properly before going in machine. Told them, they didn't care. Dont come here

Am 20.06.2025 kurz nach 18 Uhr wollte ich mein waschen lassen. Leider wurde ich nicht nur respektlos beschimpft und angeschrieen von einem alkoholisierten älteren Personal (nicht das erste mal), man hat mir auch noch gedroht ich komme hier nicht mehr raus. Das ganze in einem asozialen Tonfall. Das Waschergebnis schließt dem Auftritt des Bedienpersonals an. Insekten am Grill und der Frontscheibe wurden nicht entfernt. Die Heckscheibe des SUV blieb verschliert. Manuell wurde nicht zuvor mit einer Bürste gereinigt. Sauber ist das Fahrzeug nicht geworden. Normalerweise gebe ich keine Beurteilungen ab, aber hier muss reagiert werden von den Verantwortlichen. ÜBerlege ob ich nicht Anzeige erstatte wegen Nötigung.

I have to say having paid £17 for the “ceramic” full monty I am pretty appalled. Two weeks later it needs a good clean due to white streaks developing all over. You could get a full wax or mini valet for this money. Not sure what they used, but I won’t be going back. Hand car wash and wax for £15 with a valet every 3 months for me. lesson learned.

Trotz teuerster Wäsche per App bezahlt noch drei Euro in Bar für Felgenreinigung? Auto nicht sauber geworden und sehr viele und deutlich sichtbare Kalkflecken. Für diesen Preis und das Ergebnis nicht zu empfehlen. positiv ist die Bezahlmethode über QR Code und die kostenlosen Staubsauger.

I purchased a silver carwash and my came out clean, in fact, cleaner than some of the other carwashes I have used. The previous review prompted me to write this review. Bird poo can be notoriously difficult to remove and I would not expect pigeon poo, for example, to be removed by any carwash

Absolutely rubbish, car still dirty, very wet, covered in streaks, out on road gets dirty straight away because of being wet, just as well throw a bucket of water over the car and drive away, keep telling the guys the whole car wash needs a total fix and maintenance, falls on deaf ears, wont be going back and telling others not to use the Folkestone one until its totally overhauled

My car was washed just 30 minutes ago. I paid extra for the ultra HD wash. The alloys remain dirty, a cobweb remains on my wing mirror, and worst of all, there is a meter long scratch down the side of my rear passenger door. Utterly regret my decision to use this service and will never do so again. My wife has said the same.

Since it’s changed to IMO Bridgwater car wash has gone down hill, no pre washing of wheels like they old guys used to do and car come out dirty and wheels not touched! shame as it used to be really good. I’ve wasted my money enough. Will go else where now.

I made a complaint to IMO and now they have logged me out of the app and cancelled my account. UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wheels still dirty and dirty marks on windows, water marks all over windows and mirrors.

Ich habe über die App eine Einzelwäsche für 10 € bezahlt (per PayPal), aber keine Dienstleistung erhalten, weil die App nicht funktioniert hat kein QR-Code, keine Möglichkeit zur Einlösung. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort konnte mir ebenfalls nicht helfen, und telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar. Ich habe inzwischen einen Fall bei PayPal eröffnet, aber die Rückerstattung dauert bis zu 30 Tage das ist absolut unprofessionell für so eine einfache Leistung. Leider keine Empfehlung, solange die App Probleme nicht behoben und der Kundenservice nicht erreichbar ist.

Terrible customer service

Barry was so kind and helpful and helped me sort a paint transfer problem I had on my BMW. I can’t thank him enough it looks brand new! You are a star! ⭐

No soap for the pre wash, just water. Car came out of automated car wash with dirty marks still on it and scratches and scuffes on all of the windows with the windshield and rear window being the worst affected. Avoid this place, unless you want scratches and scuffs all over your car. (Merthyr Tydfil)
