Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Surprised to have come across very rude staff this morning in Hereford. Eastern Europian likely Romanian who wouldn't give me his name. I keep seeing different people every time. Likely on zero hour wage. That doesn't mean they should be rude to customers. I dont think I will be heading there again in a hurry. Not the best clean anyway despite fancy names. Needs a lesson or two in polite customer care.
The worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. The person running the car wash used foul language Infront of my children when my car went further forward than was expected. He openly questioned my intelligence and got extremely angry. I would never use this place ever again and advise people to avoid. The wash itself was also terrible.
Die teuerste Autowäsche gewählt – doch das Ergebnis war enttäuschend. Die Trocknung war quasi nicht vorhanden, und es wirkte, als wären die Bürsten nicht richtig auf das Fahrzeug abgestimmt oder die Sensoren defekt. Zusätzlich mussten 3–5 Minuten auf einen Mitarbeiter gewartet werden, erst nach zweimaligem Hupen erschien er. Für die Waschanlage am Saatwinkler Damm in Berlin kann keine Empfehlung ausgesprochen werden!
Used the car wash at Tesco Cowley retail park. Wanted the cheaper wash but was told, in no uncertain terms, that the cheapest car wash I was allowed was £9. Duly paid , as felt pressured into it, but actually my car was not clean afterwards. I should have stopped and checked when I came out but was in a rush so didnt. Sent pictures to the company but after 2 weeks I still havent had any response from them.
Very abrupt and aggressive member of staff. Banging on my window and shouting whilst I had my 5 year old and 8 year old daughter. My auto break on the car had resulted in the car wash stopping. I was told I was a bad driver and never to return to his car wash. The car still hadn’t been cleaned. I asked for my money back and told to leave the car wash and not come back. My kids were scared so I pulled up to the side parking bays and confronted the employee and the manner he approached my car and the way he shouted in front of my young kids. He then rushed forward and squared up to me and attempted to it his head to mine but was then restrained by other members of staff. I have no doubt had They not stepped in he would have assaulted me. There were many other customers who witnessed this unfold. I will be taking this to IMO head office and if not dealt with it will be reported to the police. A disgraceful show of behaviour not only in a work place but in front of young children and other customers. I will be going out my way to insure this is dealt with.
Vaihingen/Enz Angeblich gab es Internetprobleme und ich konnte mit meiner DKV_karte nicht zahlen. Da dies bereits das zweite mal in Folge so war fällt es mir schwer das zu glauben. Auf meinen Hinweis hin dann doch bitte das Schild "auch DKV-Karte wird angenommen" zu entfernen, bekam ich nur ein müdes lächeln.
Paid £7.50 this afternoon for the triple foam, while going through there was no foam or shampoo coming out at all. Rip off, that's the last time I'll visit this car wash.
I have always used imo car washes but now notice my local one in Burton-on-Trent do not do what they are suppose to do. They don't spray chemicals on the wheels also do not pre wash front and rear and under wipers they just send it through on rainguard wash which I always have and the wheels etc are still dirty. Time to find a decent wash.
Mein Auto wird jedesmal richtig schön sauber und das Wachs ist sehr effektiv um es ein Monat sauber zu halen. Man sollte halt mindestens Ultra Wachs nutzen wenn man nicht alle 2 Wochen hinfährt.

Car still left dirty at rear after paying for full hd car wash. The manual pre wash is the problem as the attendant doing the pre wash doesnt know how to use a jet spray or use the foam brush to remove the dirt before the car goes into the automated wash

I wouldn't give priorswood car wash even 1 star, terrible wash didn't wash kept stopping they lifted the brushes onto my bonnet so front wasn't washed I said about this he reassured me they would clean it.didn't wax at all nothing came out while I went through except the foam at the start.dried the bonnet then went up to the ceiling without drying the rest,went to see the men they were very unhelpful said it's not there fault it's not mine either I said I paid £12 for a total wax didn't get any the front or back wasn't washed they just wanted me to go away, I asked for their boss number wouldn't give me it, I asked for my car to be washed properly, they said nothing he could do, I was furious. Never go there again it used to be a good car wash yrs ago .
Just had a £15.00 car wash done here and lots of areas were missed I complained and they implied it was my driving fault through the car wash. I asked if I could go through again for free, a flat no. Avoid this useless company

Har vasket min bil flere gange hos IMO og har egentlig været ganske godt tilfreds, men sidste gang jeg vaskede bilen kom der en bule i taget, den unge medarbejder lavede en skadesanmeldelser og tog masser af billeder. Her er deres svar Kære Karl Vi beklager at du følger dig nødsaget til at indberette en klage vedr. en bilvask i vores anlæg. Du anmeldte følgende skader: 1. ”Bule i tag - sket i vaskehallen.” Svar vedr. skader: Vores tekniske afdeling har nu haft mulighed for at se på din anmeldelse fra den 24/1-2025 og siger følgende: Ad 1) Børsterne er lavet af et blødt materiale, der ikke kan beskadige lak, fælge, ruder eller metal/plastdele på bilerne. Maskinen har kørt uden problemer den pågældende dag og der var flere biler der blev vasket både før og efter din bil og ingen tilsvarende skader er blevet anmeldt Med udgangspunkt i ovenstående må vi derfor afvise skadeanmeldelsen og vi betragter derfor sagen som afsluttet. Der gesamte Wagen war nach der Wäsche voller Schlieren und Rückstände. Als wenn nicht klar nach gespült wurde. Und das bei "allround" für 14€. Mitarbeiter war laut und unfreundlich. Werde ich dort nicht mehr waschen.
IMO Craigmarloch. SHOCKING SERVICE. Paid £11 for the privilege of getting my brand new car (first wash, only had it a few days) badly scratched and filthier than it went in. Returned with the car after 20 minutes and complained about the dirty car. Was told to put it back through again. I said no way, look at the scratches that have appeared. The male said they weren’t scratches and proceeded to use his jacket to clean the dirt away to have a better look! Pointed out several scratches and was told they weren’t scratches. Couldn’t believe what I was hearing from him. Total denial that my new car was damaged. I never use these places for that reason but was going somewhere special and had no time to do it myself. Got a refund but what will it cost to repair the damaged paint work. Go in at your own peril. The brush and water he used to clean the cars is also dirty.
