ID Mobile customer service is awful
ID Mobile customer service is awful. I have spent 4-5 hours doing online chat on several occasions with their agents to try to get my £50 Curry's gift card. The agents must be dealing with several chats at the same time otherwise they are hopeless as they are impossibly slow. I never get a straight answer. Today they offered me a £20 credit instead of the £50 voucher! They won't give me any contact details for their complaints team and I am feeling very doubtful they will bother contacting me. Every time I have an online chat I get told to contact them again and it's always the same that no one knows anything and after spending 30-40 mins on the chat I get told to contact them in a couple of days.
