Enjoyed the volcano and lava field tour. Educational and well-paced.

Booking the Blue Lagoon package through them saved time and hassle. Transportation was punctual and the whole experience was seamless. The lagoon itself is obviously touristy but still magical. Would have liked more flexibility in timing but understand the logistics involved.

The ice caves were absolutely stunning and our guide was safety-conscious and knowledgeable. However, the group was larger than advertised which made it feel cramped inside the caves. Also, the meeting point instructions could have been clearer.

Had to cancel due to weather and they were incredibly understanding and helpful with rescheduling. When we finally went on the tour, it was amazing. Really appreciate companies that prioritize customer satisfaction like this.

Unfortunately didn't see many whales during our 3-hour tour. The boat was comfortable but weather conditions weren't great. Staff tried their best but nature doesn't always cooperate I guess.

Our day trip to the Golden Circle was absolutely wonderful! We visited Gullfoss waterfall, Geysir, and Thingvellir National Park. The guide shared fascinating stories about Icelandic history and geology. The small group size made it feel personal rather than rushed. Only minor complaint was that we could have used a bit more time at each stop, but overall an incredible experience that I'd definitely book again.

The glacier hiking tour was well organized and our guide was experienced. However, I felt the price was quite steep for what we got. The equipment provided was good quality though.

The tour guides were fantastic - really passionate about Iceland and very informative. However, the pickup timing was a bit confusing and we waited longer than expected. The actual tour content was excellent though.

Booked the northern lights excursion and it exceeded all expectations! The guide was knowledgeable and took us to the perfect spot away from city lights. We saw incredible aurora displays and got some great photos. The transportation was comfortable and they provided warm blankets and hot chocolate. Definitely recommend this company for anyone visiting Iceland.

The scenery was breathtaking and our guide knew all the best photo spots. However, the itinerary felt quite rushed - would have preferred fewer stops with more time to really appreciate each location. Still a good tour overall but could be improved with better pacing.
