I ordered my items just before the bank holiday and they rang and told me they would do everything they could to deliver my order to so I had them for the bank holiday and they did. Excellent customer service and great value.

The ease of purchase, the delivery were great, the communication about my order shocking, the payment site was the only confirmation not till I dug through fac's did I have any notion of potential delivery dates..

Paid online - no confirmation of when delivery would be (despite request) When delivered, driver charged my vulnerable mother-in-law aged 86 cash on delivery of £25 (despite online payment already been taken). Then told mother-in-law that had I ordered direct from branch there would be no delivery charge. It then took me 3 separate phone calls on 3 different days to get the money back to her. - Communication between online store + branches is diabolical and really stressed out a vulnerable old lady.

Wasn't happy I had to wait a week and half for my delivery and when it finally came I was told no chance my ton bag was not being placed in my garden and dumped it round the corner from where I lived. Good job there were council workers on my estate that helped because my order would be still round the corner. Not happy and won't be ordering from you again

Great service with helpful & friendly staff from ordering through to delivery. We are in a remote area with limited road access, the delivery driver phoned for instructions prior to delivery and was brilliant, we'll definitely use this company again, thank you.

Friendly staff gave me a call to confirm order, delivery was quick and everything came as expected.

My order of a pallet of bricks delivered to my property went wrong - courier had items loaded in the back of a van (400+ bricks on a pallet). They had no way of unloading them so dumped them on the main road, leaving me to shift them. Huge delivery fee for a crane delivery which never happened. I’m sure if you’re a commercial company this wouldn’t matter, but I’m a residential customer who expects to get what I’m promised.
