Received two large dumpy bags of great topsoil delivered speedily and efficiently. Offloaded very accurately due to on board lifting gear and helpful driver. The head gardener (wife) very pleased. Would order again. Many thanks

Huws gay as a company are usually very good but my experience with the Aintree branch was awful. They failed to arrive o. The day they said and instead arrived the following morning, knocked on the wrong house, rather than ring us to ask which house and to move our car they proceed to lift 2 to ne bags of gravel over a range rover and dump the bags so that our gates could not be closed, when a complaint was made to Aintree I was treated like rubbish and I emailed complaint to custo. Er services to which I have not even had a response.

An excellent service. One part of my order, a length of wood was not in stock but I was given a longer piece at no extra cost. Delivery was made within the promised time.

Never had a problem with Llandrindod Wells depot but dealt with Hay on Wye and they were less than hopeless.

Useless - do you actually pay these people?? They match the rubbish website - has no thought gone in to it at all! It was taken them two months to reply, to say please provide details directly to them!!!! They obviously view customer service as "lip service only" They seem to work on the basis, if we wait long enough they will go away. It turns out saying "useless" was being generous.

Absolute miserable staff on the counter no return trip to the Shrewsbury branch, you need to train staff to acknowledge customers far better
