Ordered decking boards to be delivered to our home address which has a steep driveway to negotiate. Driver delivered the order on time and perfect position. Top job

Prompt delivery
I'm a tradesman working in the Caernarfon area, and have been using huws gray for about ten years, so why am I not getting trade prices, you say your a one stop store but I have to go to 3 or 4 stores to get my materials at the right price, from a unhappy huws gray customer.

Stuck behind unloading lorry for 10 minutes. Missed my appointment. £40 down the drain. Yes they have to unload but with the only road for miles common sense didn't prevail ie portable sign at start of road several miles earlier saying to go another route.

Bought 5 oak doors from the St Helens branch, delivered on time delivery driver very helpful, unfortunately on unwrapping the doors I found 2 were faulty, I phoned the branch and the service I got was brilliant, I spoke to Johnathan who personally brought 2 replacement doors out, within the hour, you can't knock that for service.
