Easy to order and arrived on time. Driver was very helpful. Great service all in all.

I made an order online late one evening and got a call the next day from my local Huws Grey (Horbury) to arrange a convenient delivery date, delivery driver was good and placed the bulk bags of gravel I'd ordered just where I needed them on my drive.

Ordered some pine planks on-line and the local depot contacted me to arrange delivery which was great. Pity the delivery driver managed to mess up what would have been a perfect score by not ringing the door bell (we were in all day!) and shoving the planks under the car port door scoring the planks on the gravel!

Great price on the fence panels. Contacted me promptly to arrange delivery and then delivered when they said they would. What's not to like!?

Wood of swinging chair was split in several places and rough and dirty round some edges to the point I had to clean it down before assembling it.

Purple slate (large bag) delivered for front garden. Ordered online. Website straight forward to navigate. Only issue I had was that I could not request a preferred date. However, this was remedied by a follow up phone call the next day. Very happy with the quality of the slate. Improved appearance of garden immensely.

First delivery was quick and driver really helpful. 2nd delivery for some reason didn’t occur until we phoned to chase and driver much less helpful meaning we had to move 850kg of topsoil twice the distance !
